Borrower Offers Although I thought I understood RS, obviously to me it's about as transparent as mud! Can someone help with my understanding please?
Rate On Offer Orders Cumulative
2.9% £5,732,989.68 2754 £5,732,989.68
2.8% £16.6k 15 £5.7m
Doesn't this suggest there is over £ 10 million needing to be lent?
So why does market view suggest something different?
Borrowers Rate Lenders 3.2% £8.3m 3.1% £266.0k 3.0% £268,822.99
£5,732,989.68 2.9% £16.6 2.8%
£16.6k 2.8%

Where are 5.7M waiting to be matched vs 8.9M of available money to be matched (at the point of this post at least) it should match up to around 3.5% with current numbers...

For that end of the queue it adds down, so 2.9% is the total of 2.9% 2.8% cumulative is the 2.8% plus the 2.9% and so on and so on
For lending its opposite so for cumulative you add upwards
