Hope this isn't too much to ID the property.... I think you'd have to already be living in it, or carrying out a drone delivery, to id it from that. You see? We're all scared stiff of stellar powder.

I have avoided this one because it's the biggest loan of the trio. I invested in the 2 smaller, related loans for reasons of likely improved liquidity. 10k difference between the 2 bigger ones shouldn’t make much difference on SM although the shallow headroom to absorb recovery fees on the smallest one should (although I appreciate you don’t intend to be holding it then ).

Just had another think. Looking at the bay shapes on bungalows in this street, they look rather late forties, even late thirties. Just look at the garages in the image. That is definitely a 40s/50s type of garage door. Number 33/35 appears to be fairly recently reroofed. I'm thinking all the bungalows have needed retiling and possibly further refurbishing. Just an opinion. I haven't invested in these yet. Fourties is about right although they look like concrete roof tiles rather than the originals which were probably slate. Let's hope the job was done by reputable roofers then because you get some cowboys who replace slates with much heavier concrete tiles without reinforcing the timbers and the roof structure isn't strong enough to support the extra weight and after a while it starts to sag or can even collapse. Based on the photo this roof looks fine though.

Based on the photo this roof looks fine though. Houses of that era were generally built with half tree trunks to take the weight of the snow we used to get up there. Anyway, you'd better hope it wasn't a Mackem firm who knew the identity of the owner.

Dear Collateral, I really like these kind of loan so long may it continue, but why have you to be so generous with my money? Could you have not issued one loan (to average risk) and offered 65LTV for added security again possible errors in valuation ? Best Regards JJ P.s. This is kinda like a Christmas wish list going forward.

I happen to know this road because the area is just north of my Sister-in-Law. I am not invested and use or bin as you like. The area is not technically H**t*n and as other posters have pointed out it is south of the dual carriageway which is accepted as being the practical southern boundary of H**t*n. In my view it would be more like W**lk*rv**le. Nothing wrong with that. A nice working class area with friendly people vs H**t*n as a bit up market and very student accommodation/Bohemian.
On the plus side there is an excellent Chinese takeaway on the corner and a large helpful plumbing supplies warehouse nearby. Away from the property to the south is the old hospital and container self storage.
