The 2012 outline planning application has recently had a revised site plan submitted to remove a bit of land not owned that was included in the original scheme. It seems that as of 2012 the site was in parcels owned by multiple parties, but now is mostly in common ownership, and the revised plan reflects what is currently in common ownership. Still indicating 48 units. The revised plan is currently being discussed by the council.
I can't find any evidence on Rossendale's planning portal that a new scheme of 56 units has been submitted as indicated by FS.
A link to the planning application is available in DD Central.

I'd like to ask the mod to add loan ID 7215006090 to the name of the thread to make it easier to find. Thanks!

I'd like to ask the mod to add loan ID 7215006090 to the name of the thread to make it easier to find. Thanks! Please bear in mind that this is not the only ID for this loan, there are five of them (three active and two completed). This will make it a long name of the thread. Furthermore, some FS loans have dozens of 10 digit ID numbers..... it will be very time consuming adding all ID numbers to all FS loan specific threads and can potentially be counterproductive in achieving "easier to find" goal.

Ok. I think in the future the easiest way would be to create a post in the thread with the new loan ID. I assume in this case this thread will show up in the search results when somebody searches this ID. Any other suggestions?

Entering 'Whitworth' in the search box of 'All present and past loans' brings up a grand total of 5 loans..2 of which are completed i.e. finished..so you are left with 3 loans to choose from which are 'active'... Im not sure I can think of anything that could be easier ? If you're referring to finding it on the forum then if the 'generic' word 'Whitworth' is left as the title heading then all the current discussions/comments will be under the one thread as I doubt there will be any comments on loans that have finished

Works for me, but perhaps there is something in it which means it will only work for me. Anyway, to save you the suspense

Just an understanding of the search facility. The good thing about an edit feature is the ability to go back change things (like thread titles) when one is older and wiser. (Or perhaps ask a helpful moderator to do it for you.)

Ok. I think in the future the easiest way would be to create a post in the thread with the new loan ID. I assume in this case this thread will show up in the search results when somebody searches this ID. Any other suggestions? Well, it's not that straight forward with FS loans. For example, West Bromwich currently has 13 active loans. I suppose you can have long titles looking like this: West Bromwich 1843133277 1460299455 2598051046 1768944610 1641772882 2901939477 1424807519 2250665035 2453466604 9980337451 2422400140 4782170078 2320570812, but considering relatively large FS loan book it will be very difficult to be consistent in maintenance of thread titles. In my view the easiest way is to have the title (e.g. Property Loan - Whitworth) as a subject - it is very easy to locate the loan/s in FS search. Click on "my investments", type "whi" and you will see all Whitworth loans you are investing in. For the whole picture you can do the same search in "all active and past loans", takes a little longer to load the page.

Photos taken 12pm Fri 7th Sept The site has been demolished and cleared, apart from one area in the SE corner which is land they don't (currently ?) own, and was excluded from the planning application. The photos are an anti-clockwise tour round the perimeter, starting in the NW corner at the bottom of M****y C****t. (On the plans the rectangular marked MUGA in the SW corner is a "Multi Use Games Area") From NW corner, looking east
from SE corner looking north & north east
from SE corner (on M***** St looking west, houses on horizon of next photo are in the NW corner)
from A****t St at the north, looking south down one of the two proposed site access points (but the only access currently)
