Hi huddlecapital, I have tried to contact you via the "Send us a Message" form on your website. But once I've filled the form out, and click Submit, nothing happens - the Submit button doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried this using both Firefox and Internet Explorer, and both browsers had the same problem. Please could you look into this problem, and fix it?

Thanks dan1, I e-mailed Huddle Capital 6 days ago with my query (when does the Huddle 100 no-withdrawal period end) but had no reply, hence trying to contact them via their website. You seem to have had more luck with getting e-mails answered than I have!

Thanks dan1 , I e-mailed Huddle Capital 6 days ago with my query (when does the Huddle 100 no-withdrawal period end) but had no reply, hence trying to contact them via their website. You seem to have had more luck with getting e-mails answered than I have! Not what we wanted to hear, you've been very patient. My last enquiry was back in July, so quite some time ago. From the Huddle 100 terms & conditions: "The investor can withdraw a cash equivalent of the Reward after a period of six months subsequent to the Reward being credited to their account."

Me too. huddlecapital , whilst you're there - despite the memes and jovial robot exterior, I genuinely am curious about your £1m 6-7% loan that I note has today disappeared again. Can you confirm why these were listed? Was it an error of some sort in putting them up there?

In short, you are correct, we have been doing some work on a new product, that is currently in its development stage. In both instances, trial loan data has been posted to our live site, rather than our staging development site. Please accept my sincere apology for any confusion, or concern this may have caused. I'm suspicious. Huddle representative has provided nothing by way of an explanation as to why phone calls haven't been answered And Id like to ask via whom 'submit button' messages are routed? Aye curious and suspicious. Hi I appreciate your concern, and I would like, if I can to reassure you. All our lines are manned throughout office hours, and we are able to validate whether calls have "dropped" due to no one being available to take the call. I am pleased to confirm that there have been no abandoned or dropped calls, and I can confirm that systems testing has shown that we have not experienced any internet down time in the last 12 weeks, nor have any calls been dropped or abandoned. Sadly, this does mean that I am unable to provide a conclusive reason for the clients being unable to contact us, but I can say that is has not been as a result of either a technology failure, or an absence of staff to field the calls. Therefore, I am satisfied that anyone calling us on 0113 4681408 will be able to get through to someone between the hours of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday. In terms of the "submit button" responses these emails are directed to our "info@huddlecapital.com" email address. This is a group email address which is directed to every Huddle Team Member. Emails sent to this address, will be picked up by the most appropriate member.
