What is the dealflow for LLI like, based on user's experience please?
I have been registered on the site for a while (simple registration, haven't gone through ID check / deposited funds).
I never see any available loans (they are all 100% subscribed). Nor do I receive any emails advising of new loans being launched.
Lastly, are there bid limits, or is it Fastest Finger First?
Thanks.

Deal flow is about 1 every 6-7 weeks average. Emails are sent to everyone who are registered and the loans do go quickly normally. Some loans do have maximum limits. Few loans on SM but these are gone quickly as well.

Hi snowdrop800, I won't comment on user experience, but we have since 10 January 2017 (when our first loan was made available for investment) made 17 loans available for investment (of which one was not fully funded and a couple delisted for various reasons) meaning that a new loan is on average made available for investment around every 3 weeks. Amount of loans made available for investment is increasing and will continue doing so going forward. We will publish our loan book with details of all completed loans 5 December this year which marks LLI's one-year anniversary. The loan book will contain details such as property type, loan size, charge, LTV, rate payable by borrowers and rate received by investors etc. The loan book will be downloadable from LLI's site and will initially be updated monthly. Regards, Filip

I'd quite like to transfer some ISA cash to this platform, but the slow deal flow presents some problems for timing of deposits/transfers and diversification. I'd be interested to hear thoughts on how best to go about investing here and your strategy for minimising the effects of the above limitations. Many thanks.

1) Transfer your Cash ISA to LLI. If I recall this took about two weeks from start to finish. 2) Then if there is no availability of loans withdraw your cash as its a Flexible IFISA. 3) Just make sure you deposit the funds back in before April otherwise you lose the allowance.
4) I transferred 2 years worth of ISA's at once..... I regret the decision....Should have just done one year to start.

We will send out email reminders, along with posting relevant notifications on dashboards (those that have an IFISA account), prior to end of the tax year reminding investors that any replaceable amount has to be replaced latest end of business day 5 April 2018. However, it is the investor's responsibility that any replaceable amount is replaced on or prior to the deadline.
Regards,
Filip
