I presume you're talking about an In Funding loan here waryinvestor - Did you report your login problems to us? Website availability shouldn't have been an issue even if some of our loans fully-fund very quickly. We have another In Funding loan going live at midday today. Enable Auto-Lend this morning to be automatically allocated to Tranche A. The facility runs for the currently available PLE loans after 3pm each day. Richard

Yes, I did report and was told that there were no issues with your website. It wasn’t a password issue at all, as I was able to login the next day with the same password. Basically, it couldn’t cope with the amount of traffic. I was later told you didn’t have any logs to check what the actual issue was. This happened today too. The Loan wasn’t visible under ‘In Funding’ until 12:03-12:04, a whole 3-4 mins late. When it finally appeared, and I pressed the Invest Button for Tranche C, it took me to the confirmation page which said £2500 was still available & Amount I wish to Lend was £1000. On pressing ‘Lend Now’, it said that I could only lend £500. However, it wouldn’t allow me to lend £500 either, as the minimum is £1000. On reporting this to you, I was told that there was no issue with your website, but it might have gone into a loop ? Isn’t that an issue with the website ? I was then told that due to the loop issue, the available amount was incorrectly showing £2500 instead of £1500 and as only £1500 was remaining, I could have only picked up £1500, not £1000. But that was NOT what your website said ; it said I could only invest £500. If it said £1500, I would have invested £1500, as I have £3000+ sitting in your ISA Account un-invested and without earning any interest for almost 2 months now (I couldn’t invest during your previous loan offering either, due to the login issue mentioned earlier). I have emailed the screen shot showing £2500 was available and it wouldn’t allow me to Invest £1000, asking me to invest £500. Also, could you point me where in your website does it say that if £1500 is remaining, that is the only amount one can invest in ? Moreover, it is still showing that £500 is available and I emailed that screenshot too. So the explanation that only £1500 could have been picked up is wrong too. At this rate, I don’t think many investors would be willing to deposit money in and then finding it impossible to invest (particularly worse with ISA Account, as withdrawal is not an option).

The remaining £500 has now disappeared, so obviously someone managed to invest £500 2 - 3 hours after I was not allowed to invest any amount.

That is strange. I wanted to invest £1000 in Tranche B but it would not let me because the minimum amount was £10000 (I naively assumed the £10000 was a max limit rather than a min limit 😚). So I put £1000 in C and picked up another £1000 in A. I also managed to pick up £1000 is 3 other loans that appeared on the PLE briefly. Bottom line is that the system worked fine for me.

The maximum cap was £10000, not minimum. I did pick up £1000 from Tranche B.

There was a problem briefly...... "You're right hantsowl the maximum ('cap') limit for B for this loan is £10,000 (the minimum £1,000 unless you're buying the last loan part). I believe it was briefly showing as a minimum £10,000. Apologies. Richard" .....which presumably was when i was trying to buy some. Ended up with tranche C instead.

Looks like someone having a bit of a clear out. Lots available on the PLE at the moment. Managed to grab some bits I have been waiting for. Still plenty up for grabs.

From my experience it will appear on Monday morning. Having said that, there has been little movement this evening so it could be that many are in a similar position and you may strike it lucky on Monday.

Experiencing technical problems here too, with the loan about to go live suddenly disappearing a few minutes before it commences and, with another loan, I was unable to bid after it went live, with me being presented with an error message and logged out of my account whenever I tried to make a bid.
These same issues occured in different internet browsers.
Hopefully these technical problems will be fixed.
