The latest version of Firefox (57.0 aka Quantum) launched a couple of weeks ago, and only permits add-ons that are written in their new WebExtensions, www.theregister.co.uk/2017/11/10/open_source_insider_firefox_57/which means most "Legacy" addons such as ReloadEvery will no longer work. Where newer versions of addons exist (e.g. GreaseMonkey) they should upgrade automatically as Firefox 57 installs. As a replacement for ReloadEvery I'm trying ReloadMatic which offers very similiar functionality (right click the page rather than the tab to get the Reload menu). For now its the only one listed here as an alternative to ReloadEvery that is compatible with Firefox 57+

You click on the app when you are on a page in order to set the interval which is in one second units. ' Check4Change' might prove useful as it works a bit like the old Distil app, but I haven't actually used it yet.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, the GreaseMonkey add-on should auto update to the latest compatible version however, this new version seems to have limited support for user created scripts such as 0risk 's Lendy filtering script. The simple solution is to disable/unistall GreaseMonkey and install TamperMonkey instead.

For now its the only one listed here as an alternative to ReloadEvery that is compatible with Firefox 57+ I've been successfully using Auto Reload Tab with Firefox since the upgrade rendered ReloadEvery redundant. Right click on the tab to get the drop-down menu. Unfortunately, your tab setting isn't 'remembered' as ReloadEvery did, and there is no indication of what timing selection is in force on the drop-down menu selection, although the timing is shown in a tooltip when you hover over the icon in the Address Bar. Since the upgrade I've also encountered a few issues with Autologin on LastPass, the worst of which caused Lloyds to freeze my on-line bank access due to the number of login failures it took before I'd realised what was happening differently.
