Despite ablrate fixing things at an amazing rate, I am still being left with 1001 open windows, or tabs, to close when I finish a session .. is it just me, or is there some good reason to open a fresh window/tab for practically all transactions?? Yes, slightly irritating. We have four accounts, two standard (classic with FC) and two IFISAs, and the problem comes with all the secondary market screens which do not close, even if you swap accounts. So you end up with screens open which do not apply to the account you are using. Also when you go from the SM screen and do a trade (perhaps to fill up your ISA after a repayment, at market rate), then when you come back to the SM screen it is out of date and you have to refresh it anyway. So some more thought about what screens to leave open and what to close when swapping between accounts, please, and some more thought about the multiple SM screens you can have when just using one account - when it might be best to have a rule that opening a new SM screen closes those which are already open.
I looked at my oldest account SM and noted ten current holdings, and 25 £0.00 entries, just on the current loan book. It is the account which usually buys the new loans, with the lovely instant returns. Yes, a different colour would be OK, but not red, which has other scary meanings.

If I wanted a link to open in a new tab I would right click it and say 'Open Link in New Tab'. There is no option to 'Open Link in the Same Tab'! But then 1001 cleans a big, big carpet...

Could we have a special commemorative Brexit UI in pre-decimal currency?

26th Feb is today. The error message is clearly telling you that you must choose a date in the future.

26th Feb is today. The error message is clearly telling you that you must choose a date in the future. Indeed, but respectfully, the point has been missed. The example loan's repayment isn't due until 27th Feb 2018, hence the 26th Feb 2018 is, as can be seen, enabled for selection. The automated delisting of any listed loan part(s) would normally occur 27th Feb 2018 at 00:00hrs and SM sales would be disabled until the repayment had been credited. With the system being unable to deal with anything but a future date it means that the details of an already listed loan part can be ammended a day prior to repayment, but if the same loan part's offer is cancelled, it cannot be relisted. Not being able to list holdings for sale the day before a repayment's due date adds a further 24 hours to the 'no sell' restriction which isn't ideal and, AIUI, isn't the way things are intended to work. Thanks MONEY I see where you are coming from. I will have the developers have a look at this and get it sorted.

Aha, Got you now, but equally respectfully, the wasn't made so clearly in your first post.

ablrate , many thanks for adding the "Records per page" drop-down to the "Current Investments" and "Secondary Market" pages. Could these settings be made "sticky", so that it remembers I've selected to view "All" loans the next time I log in? Thanks. ablrate, could you please ask your web developers to make all the "View per page" drop-downs "sticky" so that, once set to show "All", the pages stay that way? It's most frustrating having them all revert back to showing just 10 loans per page every time we log in!

Will take a look at these and put them on the list. We have today finished the first part of the trading update page. We are reliant on the suppliers of the info to switch on our API access... then we will be live and we will send out an email.

ablrate, the user interface urgently needs a " New Admin Note added" notification, so that we're notified of Admin Notes like the one added to #1000072 this morning (rather than someone happening to spot it and then posting on this forum!)

It's easy to get a car crash page. Click on notifications, select the top one, then click on the left chevron to move up the notification list. Done properly the left chevron would be removed/disabled when at top of list and/or just do nothing when at the top of list.

Afternoon all. Long time lurker, first time poster. I travel a lot and find that the majority of my interaction with Ablerate is on my mobile phone. Whilst the new UI is visually clearer and the layout is improved, using the new UI to carry out trades and browse the secondary market is much more difficult on a phone. This is due to the columns being wider than the display screen, so you have to swipe left and right to work out the loan name and what the offers/bids are. This was overcome on the old UI as the ability to "pinch" the screen to zoom out and would allow you to see all (or most) of the details. In the new UI i cannot "pinch" the screen and have visibility of all the columns. Can this be addressed please? Ablrate, any chance of a response to my question? Mobile functionality is poor with the new UI

Mobile functionality is poor with the new UI Hi , forgive my late response on this. I will have the devs take a look at this. We have toyed with an app that has some, but not all of the functions on it, but does it well... any appetite for that?
