Frontage seems OK on Streetview in 2014. Street parking for residents. That garage at the bottom of the garden appears to belong to the property, so it's strange it isn't mentioned.
Image removed. Wrong one. You can see it in the repost below.

I note the title has not been provided - is somebody having a laugh!
Also subsidence noted to front elevation - believe me this is the bane of my life and when I deal in property I get a full structural survey if there is any sign of it. This is a highly technical area and it may or may not be a major problem but you don't know until an expert looks at it.
I also note there are tenants proving 26,400 GROSS rental income - considering this loan (let alone the main mortgage) is for £441K at what 30%? then I just don't see how these figures are going to work.
I really don't like investing in properties with tenants as the law is totally biased against the landlord and all it needs is one clever s*d to cause serious grief
I recently saw a house where the owner needed a quick cash sale so I went in at 65% of the asking price to which I got a rude response so I dropped my offer to 55% and said "take it or I will walk away". No reply for 3 days so I did nothing and signed this afternoon at 55% of the asking price. This is how the property world works - sometimes I wonder if FS have any idea...
Title not provided, tenanted , possible subsidence, no proof of how the loan is going to be servived , possible very high LTV, second charge - I will pass on this one.
Smutty stick freely available to anybody who wants to whack this one with it - just make sure you hold the right end!

Cheers Grumpers old man..was hoping someone would expose my lack of modern day knowhow and find a piccie somewhere. Its an odd looking building ?..one presumes the front elevation is to left (as garden is to rear right) so are those two bay windows to side elevation..with a view of the fence ? ! but doubts are now creeping in...as you mentioned garage at bottom of garden, you're implying that subject property in the lower one centre..ish of your post picture..that being the case...if you look at loan picture of house from garden view, wheres the next door property on left hand side with two big chimneys...in the road ?..I don't think so..and if you look at your 'subject' property's roof pitch and compare it to VR's one...surely different ?..something not right here old boy Edit..Call me an old fool..but I'll wager that the house above this text..and the one in the loan VR..are not the same..

is the Wen** road the one in NW11 - I don't think it is. The one I saw on google seems to match the VR and has masses of foliage at the front so you can't really see the frontage...

COCKUP! The postcode placed me just up the road and I was careless and didn't look properly and now I am having trouble with Bing maps and the aerial view. Ed. Ahh!! Dan1's got the aerial shot I was trying to get for the last half hour!

oldgrumpy - yours is #52, the property in question is #46 with quite some (monkey puzzle?) tree in the front garden. This may explain why there is no photo of the front of the property in the VR

Can someone -- badboyyardy (OP), or the mods -- please add the loan number (1107680318) to the thread title? I realise it's easy enough to work out which loan this is now -- when it's on a short list of Available Investments -- but it won't be easy if the loan is funded and disappears into the long list of Active and Past loans. Thanks.
