There needs to be a bottom limit, which does not include zero.

I have more than the 10K average but only £1 each in all the property loans and cars - it is all bling.

Been running down non-bling for a while so only around a hundred quid or so in property. Just under £2K total.

I was at the front of the queue (had just sold first £1 of my holding!) in the sellable half of my remaining low four figures of development loans, having exited from a five figure position over last 6 months (phew!).
low four figures in two recent simple property loans
The rest bling, mid four figures in that.
and mid three figures cash.
Hoping for most capital on the bling/simple property, and most cash, to be returned.
Not holding out much hope for the capital in development loans - looking at how difficult to realise value in recent defaults on Lendy/MT.
And not expecting any interest.
Overall, I'd be delighted to get 100% of the capital/cash back, but I'd say 75%+ would still be a decent enough outcome, and I can't see much return before say 12 months.

There needs to be a bottom limit, which does not include zero. First time I have done this - cannot see a way to edit the poll - if someone can tell me, I will make the change. No way to tweak a live poll.

That's a pretty fair analysis in my view. Timescale is the big uncertainty, and depends on whether other p2p platforms would be willing to refinance any of the loans (on re-addressed VR's to keep costs/elapsed time down). My own split of capital outstanding Property | 66% | Development | 25% | Bling | 8% | Vehicles/Containers | 1% |
is indicative of being a late entrant into COL (so low bling exposure), and having an aversion to most of COL's development loans (I'm only in Bolton 12% and Hereford). Property I'm classifying as anything that is finished and currently habitable.

I was unsure about COL at the start. However, I was interested in the diversity offered by the bling loans. With the good communication and positive lender feedback on the forum I started investing.
When the bling loans stopped and repaid, I did reinvest the money in the property loans. However, I started to get uncomfortable with the platform and started withdrawing money in June of last year. I got my investment down from low-four figures to mid-three figures with most of that being property. In hindsight, of course, I should have been just a bit quicker to sell on the SM.
I had only one bling loan left, which sadly, I had renewed just before they pulled the plug.
I will need about 80% on the pound in the recovery to break even when this is all over with.

It would be interesting to see this in terms of the percentage of people's P2P investments and percentage of their overall investments. Hopefully a lot more people will be ticking the boxes at the low end of the range.

My maths are a bit flaky, but I think that's less than £1K
