It's good to see this project progressing and the risk level reducing on the loans. However, progress means refinancing at lower rates, and more early repayments in 2018, probably. Much better than being stuck with projects which do not progress and may eventually fail. Keeping origination at levels sufficient just to maintain the loan book is hard enough.
