Just looked briefly at this thread, has anyone managed to get hold of previous years tax statements, I have emailed asking for 17/18. I am amazed that this sort of information is not available. I emailed them for last years. They sent me a letter by email with the total interest but nowhere does it state that it is a Tax Statement. Not sure if HMRC will accept that but I'll be sending it off later this week so I should know soon.

Don't you have to be able to supply up to 6 years worth of these if requested.
I'm pretty sure that Zopa can provide them and they have a report you can use but that said its not in the correct form that the statement is produced for the current previous year. Mind you that said they don't store them either they just reproduce them everytime you run the routine.
A couple of years ago Zopa must have fixed some issues as a comparison of one printed early in the year they were released compared to one reprinted later in the same year showed data had changed by about £10. I had already sent in my tax return so I just added/subtracted the changes from the next years one and explained it in my tax forms.
I would have thought if you requested one they should reproduce a valid statement of return that can be sent to the taxman if requested.

Yes, you were right a statement requested and received within a few hours. I still don't understand why the previous statements can't be achieved within the account for access. But I now have what I need.

Dear Mrs R RateSetter Account No.: B*********** Re: Complaint about Website Details of your complaint It is my understanding that you are unhappy with the updates to the design and layout of the website. You also mentioned you would like RateSetter to consult their customers prior to changes in the near future. We have now conducted our investigation and we will not be upholding your complaint. Below are the details of our investigation and conclusions. Our investigation I am sorry you had cause to complain following the updates to the design and layout of the website on 21st March 2019. First of all I would like to re-assure you that we had not been infiltrated however rebranded the website. I am sorry the website is not to your taste and note your feedback about the website not being user friendly and difficult to cope with. I note your comments regarding consulting clients before any changes, I would like to point out that we did make our investors aware in the February 2019 statement and also provide a pre-glimpse of the upcoming rebranding of RateSetter. On this occasion I do not uphold your complaint as the change was as a result of a business decision RateSetter took on to rebrand its image and was not to cause any detriment to our customers. Conclusion: In the circumstances and given the above, I have decided not to uphold your complaint. I can confirm that this letter constitutes our Final Response to your complaint. If you are still not happy, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge (the ‘FOS’ at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk) – but you must do so within six months of the date of this letter. If you do not refer your complaint in time, the Ombudsman will not have our permission to consider your complaint and so will only be able to do so in very limited circumstances. For example, if the Ombudsman believes that the delay was as a result of exceptional circumstances. If you would like to know about your right to refer a complaint to the FOS, you can click here to view their customer leaflet or you can request a hardcopy by replying to this e-mail. If you have any questions about this response or would like to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me. I can understand a formal complaint about tax reports (or lack of) but the response suggests this should be in the 'Owwww! My eyes!' thread?
