This is interesting but basically not our chap (deleted first noun to describe this individual)
This probably includes non-stop laughing after FS let him walk away with OUR money which they never even took into their possession...

Well this shows why the legal "profession" is so hated - as per most families my grandmother lost 2 working class brothers in WW1 - these were young boys (about 19) who died in appalling conditions fighting for their country and this idiot compares them to a very privileged crook in his 50s who is well enough to be photographed in Spain making sexual gestures towards local woman and not so sick he could not arrange to flee the UK- this muppet has a very wealthy Father and I am not convinced he has not got huge funds hidden away - unlike my forefathers who went with nothing and never came back from France - I am so annoyed I would smack this lawyer if he were in front of me!
And what did my Grandmother do during WW1 - yes she was a nurse who cared for what was called "shell shocked" victims who underwent real trauma and not spivs laughing at decent people they have cheated!
I would willingly undergo 100% of my loans if it meant this muppet was put away!
I hope and pray we have a decent judge who will not be swayed by this garbage!
Just seen this clinic - not exactly at the cheap end of the market is it!

I proudly stood with a WWII veteran of the D day landings at a remembrance day parade and these guys are the real heroes of the day who in many cases never came back and few told their stories to their children and their sacrifices made to ensure our freedom of the Nazis.
This so called man is a spoiled crook from a wealthy family who probably has never seen the violence or futility of war and yet submerses himself in self pity because he was caught and fears the price he must now pay in a jail cell.
Comparing the jail cell to the horrors of what the real heroes witnesses suffered this man is a coward .
The old saying "If you cant do the time then dont do the crime " is quite apt

There is a pension fund worth £8m! Exactly! Get it taken as it had to have been funded by illicit sources (and us!).

Where is the art, it was supposed to be stored by FS. Therefore the administrators seek recovery from FS Directors.

Thanks! but why have I therefore been told:
"As the Borrower is bankrupt and there are no available assets reported in his bankruptcy, the likely realisations from this case are minimal."

From the citizen advice website below...so it depends if its approved or not...I can guess the answer
Type of pension Most types of pension schemes are classed as approved. If your pension is approved, your pension funds won't be counted as an asset in the bankruptcy.
If your pension scheme isn't approved, the trustee can claim the funds in it as a lump sum of property, although you may have options for protecting some or all of it. You should get legal advice about this.
