Hi I just started investing on mintos and I have sever questions. When looking at any loan for example www.mintos.com/en/3196733-01, it's Interest Rate is 13.0%. However XIRR of payment schedule is 14.0% See column Principal in attached picture. 1) it is interesting that installments are not equal. This could be due to spread mentioned here. 2) It is strange that even ratio of two subsequent principal payments is not constant. See Principal ratio column 411.58/409.19=0.58408%. When adding length of period into an account I get Normalized = Principal Ratio / delka obdobi (length of period) * 30, ie some thing like month interest , but this is not constant as well. 3) When I invest into such loan what interest can I anticipate? 13.0% or 14.0%. I have not been on mintos long time enough to complete any single loan till its maturity so I cannot evaluate mintos interest payments. Could anybody post mintos interest payments for a loan including loan payment schedule to do further analysis? The following questions are focused on YTM. 4) Highlighted loans have the same Interest rate, Term and discount rate, why is YTM different? 5) I tried to reconstruct YTM formula for 1 year loan: YTM = (interest for one year - premium paid for investment)/investment = (100*0.14-100*0.01)/(100*1.01)=(0.14-0.01)/(1.01)=12.87% my number does not match mintos numbers 12.2-12.3%. Could someone shed some light on it? Thx Vitek Attachments:

I got response from Mintos support for 3rd question
They don't use actual number of days of a year they assume 360 days in a year therefore XIRR interest rate does not matches Loan interest rate.
