MoneyThing / SophieThing when I click on the link 'Manage your preferences' in the email you've just sent out I get a totally blank page. Can you explain how to reach the settings via the MT website please - its not obvious to me. Thanks.

It should simply take you to this page: www.moneything.com/unsubscribe.html Is anyone else having the same issue? Thank you for the heads-up. Regards, Ed

I'll PM you the html markup behind the blank page for further investigation.

Worked for me and I haven't accepted the new Terms. Win 10 and Chrome.

I suspect the cause is likely to be Ghostery which is reporting it is blocking access to something called SharpSpring which looking at the html behind the blank page seems to be the driver of the page. I'm really not sure I want SharpSpring recording and sharing my data (which is why I use ghostery to block such activities.

MoneyThing / SophieThing I didn't have a problem, but I logged in and read the support general first rather than e-mail. So started looking under account for the e-mail options, thought the logical place for such setting. Couldn't find them. Logged out. Then read the e-mail, clicked on the e-mail preferences link. Horrified to find, a web page, with e-mail address I appear to be able to type in, and no login is required. That doesn't make me very happy as it appears anyone knowing my e-mail address could change my preferences. I was expecting this to be e-mail options, under account after a login, so it's actually a good chance it's me changing the settings.

MoneyThingIf you have multiple accounts within a family. It determinedly sticks to one email address only. the other account emails are ignored.

Page was blank for me until I enabled javascript for "marketingautomation.services". (I run Noscript to block javascript by default.)

Neither the email link nor that provided above by MoneyThing works for me, both just go to a blank page. W10 Chrome even after disabling Ghostery (just to check). I have accepted the new T&Cs Edit: Just tried on iPad - it went straight to relevant page and I have now confirmed marketing. I was not logged in and continuing to home page got the log in panel so could not access my account.

I'm really not sure I want SharpSpring recording and sharing my data (which is why I use ghostery to block such activities. I'm 100% certain I don't want SharpSpring, or anybody else, recording and sharing my data, which is why I also use Ghostery! Further more, I fervently wish to never receive emails from anyone other than those sites I access on a regular basis, and then only as I have decreed, which is why I use SPAMGOURMET to manage incoming emails. However...... .....only today I concluded an email exchange with Ian Bailey relating to non receipt of general emails (not account specific communications such as Deposit and Withdrawal which, until now, have always been received), during which I was informed that the Moneything email service provider was not accepting my registered SPAMGOURMET email address, because it was 'disposable', which, amongst other things, would make it possible to block receipt of emails other than from 'trusted' sites. Life is littered with little coincidences and initially I simply thought it slightly ironic that a 'Manage My Preferences' email failed to land in my inbox within a couple of hours. But I soon started thinking.......and the thoughts were not totally joyous! So let's cut to the chase MoneyThing , SophieThing ........... What precise responsibility, if any, will SharpSpring now have for despatch of Moneything emails? If it's not SharpSpring barring SPAMGOURMET addresses, who is responsible, and why? What assurances, if any, can you give that lenders will never be pestered with unwanted spam as a result of data collected by SharpSpring, or anyone else for that matter? I would, of course, prefer to be told that I've put two and two together and come up with a totally spurious figure, in which case I will breathe a sigh of relief and offer humble apologies now.

Surely Sharpspring fall foul of GDPR themselves, unless there is an opt out from them sharing my (all our) data, but as I'm not separately signed up with them I'm not sure how to opt out?
