hugoarchover - would you do me a favour please and pass this feedback to the appropriate people? I think it would really help ArchOver, and both your lenders and borrowers, if somebody looked at the loan propositions from a lender's perspective before letting them go live. Take for example the new "T** C*** S***" loan and the following questions jump out at me in under a minute:- 1. They are seeking £400k but this loan is for £200k to £300k. My guess is that the first tranche will effectively be to repay the FC loan and invest in Sales and Marketing, with the second tranche being the acquisition, but if that's the case a) it could be called out clearly and b) why not just do two loans of £200k? 2. The forecast 2019 drop in net profit and net assets begs questions - why not answer them up front? 3. With the US acquisition what if any USD / GBP hedging strategies will be employed? 4. "ChatBots and AI" doesn't sit very comfortably with the company slogan "Real People. Real Conversations" . So it took me longer to write this post than it did to read the borrower documentation provided, I'm sure I'm not the only who thought of these questions...... Cheers, RM

Cheers, RM I suspect like many other other long term Archover investors I became accustomed to the somewhat lightweight pitches that accompanied loan proposals, but given Archover's spotless record I was inclined to rely at least in part on Archover DD operating behind the scenes. With the rash of problem loans this year, it is natural that investors now want to look much more closely at the offerings.

1. The first £300k is to take out FC's Loan and complete the acquisition of O***o E********t which is TCS priority at this stage. The further £100k is not of urgency for TCS at this stage and will be used for investment in their Sales & Marketing and Operations, as and when required. This was detailed on the funding request under funding requirements.
2. This is anticipated to drop in the short-term due to the intended investments in their Sales & Marketing and Operations as a result of the costings involved.
3. O***o E********t Clients are to be billed directly by TCS (with cash payments by O***o E********t clients going to ‘TCS Inc’s US Bank Account, which will then be remitted to TCS Ltd).
Hope that helps and thank you for your feedback.
