When we do get em, they are not exactly clear, easy to find or cross referenced. LW

That lender is the one who had a large facility through the SPL which was started, and which would have provided the replacement for these two fixed-term loans. The SPL was killed by another major source of funds for this borrower, and so I am expecting, almost certainly, that my pennies in these loans will need new homes. It's for Ablrate to say - or predict- but I hope not using any words which will stress the forum management team.

We are expecting these loans to pay as per the term.

Hi ablrate regarding loan #42 I understand from the email just received that the monthly interest will come tomorrow and capital repayment very likely soon after that. Does that mean that we'll get an additional months interest, even if this repays on, for example, Tuesday or Wednesday? Edit: I think you have paused #44 rather than #42 by mistake?

The extra month applies to a prepayment, para 7.5., that is an early repayment of the capital. This is the scheduled repayment of the capital, 8th July.

I assume this is just dis-aggregating the interest and the principal on the repayments tab, rather than extending the repayment a month. At least I hope so.

I am glad you resisted saying that. I did not spot the quarterly interest, which has confused me. It is true that the final repayment amount seems to include a month's interest. That may be a systematic consequence of the disaggregation. If the loan had been extended by a month there would be a message or admin note? My glass brims over with foaming expectation.

As per the email we sent out we have added a cash flow for one month. This allowed us to pay the interest we received on account for the payment date, but our system also allows us to adjust that date to 'mature early' when the principal has been received. We have had confirmation that the first tranche has been sent and that we should expect the balance in the next couple of days.

Should I be upset to have not received an email, and that the payment is showing as overdue rather than being paid into my account? (#3373) EDIT: Found the email, google had kindly filed it for me - but payment of interest is still missing
