I will help with the system/portal based questions raised in your latest post.
As your username only gives away minimal information personal information can you confirm that your lender account has been opened? - I suspect it has based on what I can see at this end but I'd like to check. If it hasn't can you PM me with some basic personal info (name, DOB and postcode will suffice) so I can trace your application?
The high level risk grade information is available in the public facing website here. There is more detail in the 'autobid' section of the lender portal which can be accessed here.
As per your welcome email, please feel free to call the office and ask to speak to me if you want a guided tour of the portal and how everything works.
Regards
Mike

Hi @justusmike,
Thanks for your response.
I don't know if my account has been opened or not. I was called by your office minutes after providing details online on Tuesday. Since then nothing. My reference is *******.
I have seen the risk information page in your link, but this does not explain where the grades used come from, are they your own grading system?
Thanks and regards.
Michael

The risk grades are based on the customers Equifax scores.
Let me know if you need any further clarification.

Mike

Hi @justusmike,
Thanks. So, for clarity, the risk grades displayed are your own invention based on credit score?
I would also like some clarification please regarding Guarantor Loan flow, which appears to be significantly less than the one per week advised, see my question above.
Regards,
Michael

Regards, Michael Good morning Ukmikk would you please remove your reference number in your previous post. With regards to guarantor loan deal flow; I made a rough estimate as I know we had done 100 or so Guarantor Loans, that’s why we always refer to the statistics and loan book for lenders to carry out their own particular research, apologies for my approximate miss-communication, we have plans to increase the deal flow hence my comments.

Good morning.
The 110 Guarantor loans are over a five year period. The Guarantor Loans flow over the last 18 months has been one per 5.6 weeks. I look forward to seeing your expansion plans come to fruition.
