I'm Belgium based and have been signed up at Look n Fin for a couple of years now, and have managed to make 0 investments in this time. Their loans (p2B) are typically 6-8%, but are offered first to a group of preferred investors, who typically take up the while allocation. If by a miracle, a few percent of a loan is left over, it is sold out in a nanosecond. Couldn't see how to become a preferred bidder after an exhaustive search of their site. They are a total waste of time.
Seriously, from their website, Loan: Moneytrans III - € 1.004.300, Financed in 1 minu(u)t(en) Loan DS Group II - € 500.000 - financed in: 22 Seconds.
The new 'capital guaranteed' loans, there have been a couple both at 3%. On those, it doesn't say how many seconds that their members had to get a bid in.

Oh how ironic, I just invested in something offered by Look & Fin after slagging them off yesterday. It's a bit like Archover, bid then fund your bid later. A lot later in LooknFin's case, seems to be two weeks leeway. And like Archover, larger companies and no secondary market.
I was wrong about "Premium Status", a link for applying for that is now easy to find. L&F is probably open to investors from all European countries, but you'd have to conduct yourself in Dutch or French. Indeed, although Belgium based, most of the investments are in French firms. Although the loans are a bit few and far between, and sell out in Ablrate speed, they are not a waste of time at all. Take no notice of the twit above.
