got some!
It's the old 'market crossed' - didn't think I'd see that again.
Had to cancel an existing 6% and reapply to get it - as usual.

How does that work with all those lender offers below 6% at the same time?

How does that work with all those lender offers below 6% at the same time? Dunno, but as smezz says, it has happened before (though I haven't seen it for 'ages').

'1' borrower in the queue! A bit obvious who that is!

The thread linked to above (by locutus) is an interesting one that I hadn't seen.
It talks about a one-off event and that changes were to be made to stop it happening again but it was a regular feature at one time - let's hope it happens more often!

Saw it happening, didn't understand it (loads of <6% lenders confused me), now feeling a bit peeved. Never mind, I'm new to all of this!

Just looking back on the above linked thread reminded me that the 5 year 7% lending I got on 13/11/17 was paid back in full 5 weeks later so fun but not very rewarding.
It may be that loans at higher than normal rates caused by crossover are often paid back early either because the borrower refinances or Ratesetter finds it advantageous to do it.
I'll see how long this one lasts.

Ratesetter is getting very confusing. Moved funds from Rolling to 1 year on 07/07 at 4.5%. Loan was repaid on 20/07, so how many of you still have higher interest 1 year loans still in the market?
Other annoying part of Ratesetter is that they automatically put the capital back on the market at 4.5% but on the Rolling Market and not the 1 year.
Ratesetter used to be simple to manage, but seems to be getting unpredictable and therefore a pain.

Has there been any movement in rates since the BOE increased rates by 0.25% to 0.75% (or 50% if you think of it that way.) www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-45043776I keep an eye on mortgage rates and my 5 year fixed rate mortgage equivalent from the nationwide is now 1.99% vs. 1.74% when I took it out 6 months ago. But that rate may pop up in the next day or two (the variable rates are still quoting IRs at 0.5%)

Filled at 6.2%, 5.9%, 5.8% & 5.7% last nov/dec. The 5.7% was paid back in May, others still running.
Also filled at 5.9% last month, still running.
