Hi MoneyThing In the next update could you let us know if the refurbishment is complete which was the purpose of some of the money? Plus is the boat now on the market as suggested it would be in the loan particulars following refurbishment? Thanks |

MoneyThingAny chance that the repayment of this loan will be "docking" on time tomorrow? I can't trace an update since "05/11/2018 We are currently in talks with the borrower to establish realistic timing for repayment. We will let lenders know once this has been agreed." Not unduly concerned as long as the interest continues to be serviced but just trying to predict some seasonal cash flow. Thanks LW

Hi MoneyThingIn the next update would it be possible to get an update on the refurbishment of the boat, for which part of the loan was meant to pay for. 1. Is the refurbishment complete? If not is there a planned date? How much work has been completed? 2. Was all the loan money released or was any held back pending surveyor confirmation of the refurbishment progress? |
