No change in the news flow (Still zero)
Meantime accumulated interest on Clapham remains 60 odd days adrift of where it should be.
This morning the platform seems really screwed-up, most of my loan parts showing 'not eligible' on top of everything else.
All this, whilst Relendex Towers remains tight-lipped on everything.
"Never attribute to malice what's adequately explained by incompetence" .... fingers crossed for the latter!

not seeing any problems with any of the loans and the web site seems normal. Clapham is not due to finish until the end of Jan, not seeing a problem with it. In any event whenever I have a query for relendex I email them and have always had a prompt reply

We are currently experiencing a systematic error in which loan parts cannot currently be sold or bought on the Resale Market Place. Our Operations Team are aware of the issue and are currently working to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Does the difficulty also explain why interest accumulated has been zero'ed (5 days ago) on some loans?
Is this all a 'cock-up' or have you been attacked/hacked?
James21,
You are indeed the chosen one if you are getting replies to emails sent to "Lender Support". Whats your secret?
Also, it's a bit of a simplification to say "Clapham is not due to finish until the end of Jan, not seeing a problem with it". I assume that you're not in it.

Well - Clapham accumulated interest now restored to where it should be, but the loan part status changed to 'not eligible'.
Of course, not a peep from the Bunker!

This one dragging on, earning (notionally) interest at a penalty rate ....
Any more news (since 5/12/19) on the mythical & long winded refinance. Does it have anything more about it (i.e. substance) than the mythical tenancy agreed back in the mists of time?
Is it time to appoint a receiver, and get the house sold at whatever price repays our C&I?
Can Relendex say if there's a relationship between it (or anyone connected to it) and the borrower - or categorically that there is not.

Update on Clapham South loan received yesterday - Receiver being appointed- Relendex still (perhaps optimistically)" are hopeful of a full recovery of Loan Part capital and accrued interest."
At least they are taking some much needed (and much delayed) action

I think [any] optimism is more comfortably at home here than in Flat 26, Waterloo.
Loan is £895K 484 days (yep!!) accumulated interest adds about £120K .... receivership etc (say) £50K, another 200 days interest whilst something happens - further £50K. So about £1.1m. House listed at £1.8m, same as original valuation (!!). So with a following wind, there's plenty of scope to agree a sale at a substantial discount to the asking price .... "Boris Bounce" also adds some cheer.
