Could you please add the loan names when you make these posts please?

Adding loan names would NOT break forum rules, other than in the few instances where the loan name actually identifies the secured asset. A few judicious asterisks would then be needed. Taking some of the most recent updates as examples: 6228491087 The A****** & The I*** H**** Public Houses, Liverpool - Renewal 1854388210 Bromyard, Herefordshire - Tranche 2 9164429325 Bromyard, Herefordshire 1953413624 Bridge Street, Stockport - Refurbishment Works 2254867417 Collection of Diamond Jewellery - Renewal 8434260588 Commercial Road, Ladybank, Scotland - Second Renewal 2867890404 C***** C**** Quarry, Cheddar - Base Thank you for your feedback. We will raise this suggestion with the board. Please remove any non FundingSecure staff posts from this thread.I've moved a couple of posts from the FS-staff only thread into this one. In addition to the redacted (if required) loans names, would it be possible to include links. Taking the examples from the post by SteveT : 6228491087 The A****** & The I*** H**** Public Houses, Liverpool - Renewal 1854388210 Bromyard, Herefordshire - Tranche 2 9164429325 Bromyard, Herefordshire 1953413624 Bridge Street, Stockport - Refurbishment Works 2254867417 Collection of Diamond Jewellery - Renewal 8434260588 Commercial Road, Ladybank, Scotland - Second Renewal 2867890404 C***** C**** Quarry, Cheddar - Base relatively painless to add by hitting the Link button from the button bar above.

It was a very good move by FS to introduce regular update notifications within forum, but the format in deed is not very practical. I doubt many people are able to memorise their large loan books by "full on" 10 digit ID's. What SteveT and dan1 have suggested could make it work properly and probably be the best mechanism for regular loan book update in this forum.

"There are currently no available investment opportunities. Please check back soon as new loans are constantly being added."
Hardly a surprise really

I get the distinct impression* that loan updates are authored by the same person as pre-Oct 2018.
*not based on anything scientific but just accuracy, completeness, timeliness etc.

Hardly a surprise really I would say this is a positive thing. I wish I was met with the same message when I started "investing" with them over 2 years ago. Better to lose 2-3% a year to inflation than 50% to criminally overvalued securities and then inflation on top of that.
Imo they should be focusing on clearing up the backlog of late/unredeemed loans anyway before adding new ones. My porfolio is an absolute horror show. Almost two-thirds of the money I had invested with them at its peak (five figures) is stuck in non-performing loans which, at this point, constitute 100% of my portfolio. But hey, at least the official figure for lost capital still stands at 0.69%!

I note that the Administrators have now removed access to the "All active and past loans" page; I can only assume this has been done to prevent lenders from monitoring their progress in running off and recovering the loan book as a whole. Not very confidence-making.

Not very confidence-making. Noticed this earlier and my immediate thoughts were negative - and broadly still are, if only because of lack of communications. Doesn't really affect anything if emails to lenders are sent for updates / repayments / etc. Trying to think how it might be rationalised and maybe it's to prevent chancers in the property development/refurbishment game from 'flicking through' the loan book, identifying loans' security, making ridiculous offers and just wasting administrators' (billable) time. Who knows, maybe it really is for maintenance.

OK, I meant the 'All active and past loans' is 'down for maintenance' or off line as I put it - sorry if I caused confusion.

Alas I think its far too late to be safe..I should have learnt my lesson with FS though to be fair, I did reasonably well over a 6 yr period and my recoveries to date have so far attained 43%. FS however are/were, in a totally different league with their incompetence, maladministration and total disregard for investors money. IF someone offered me 43% on any recoveries from this black hole id be tempted to pay them commission, such is my confidence of this likely outcome.
