What would the plural of Deja vu be? Or did I ask that last time?

Just received an email from Ablrate explaining that they have a temporary error with one of their servers. I guess this is due to high user traffic in anticipation of the brand spanking new loan going live in a couple of hours.

Its actually not the server... it seems the 'shop window' (which is in WP) - is throwing up an error. May have been an auto update or something... so we are on with that to fix it. Annoying, but not serious.

This borrower already has over £3m of our money and whilst there has been no significant problems with repayments.
I've sat out the last 3 loans and will do the same with this one.
For me this means insufficient customer diversity and insufficient diversity of business sector too.
However I do wish them well with their business not only to give me a every chance of getting my £5k back but for the sake of the new investors!
LW
PS website now seems fine both on fruit phone and PC

Is this almost identical to the previous similar one? Similarity and qualified identicality, being much the same thing, the answer will probably be in the affirmative!

The plural of deja vu is groundhog dayCuriously a film I have watched several times, why is the effect only relative to the main character I always wonder. I shall go with the highly optimistic approach of 'better the devil you know' and go 'all in' on this one. My 'all in' currently being fairly unimpressive, and keep half of it for my new policy of holding £1 in all new loans to maturity.

Profits down significantly despite matching last year’s sales in only 8m as reality of borrowings costs hit, that said still good profits and margin plus realisable assets charged, plus large network of dealerships to diversify: after the amount of SMEs with less I’ve looked at this Summer, I’m in. (Disclaimer - with added advantage of not holding any atm 😉 ).

I believe the previous incarnations are all amortising, so I've probably been repaid enough to have some headroom left for a small nibble .. but I really would like some actual NEW (of the same or better quality, naturally) borrowers.
