Nice of them to tell us - did you receive an email? I did not, credit to the eagle eyed Ace on this one No notification for me either. I just happened to check the site and there it was. I think this must qualify for the softest launch ever.

If you want a laugh play the what is the aftermarket video! They have really rushed this out without QA. Such a shame - with this and the comms to date it really doesn’t give confidence. Their brand is as solid as a p2p brand can get so no idea why they seem to be failing on this one

No sign of any cashback for early investors. Loads of contradictions between actual info & FAQ Claims that last few lots of loan remain but none have been sold, presumably because it takes 3 days to transfer funds ... ridiculously slow these days. Contact email on site is wrong Email from London & eastern on sign up, which will confuse the unknowing Doesn't appear to have been any proof reading or beta testing stuartassetzcapital

I'm in for a minimum punt of £10, mainly to test functionality and the process. They will seriously need to get their act together if they want anything more substantial from me. Come on Assetz lets get it together please... Edit: Make that £20

Come on Assetz lets get it together please... I assume you haven't invested yet as the minimum is 15 lots. Also note the fees are 4.5% Seems a trifle cheeky awarding yourself a bonus on the first property.

For Info, I've not deposited funds yet, but when attempting to add £10 of lots to the basket, I get a pop up message stating 'Value must be greater or equal to 15'. Just in case anyone else fancied a dabble but didn't want to unexpectedly have to make two deposits.

Also appears on pop up when you click invest

dApps yes thanks for that, see what mean. Bit strange that is, what's the point of having a £10 min to start (obviously might handy later on topping up), it's not looking too clever right now. I suspect we may have fallen in to this a couple of days early than they were intending to officially launch. It would explain the 'unfinished' areas and the lack of communication.

Possibly though that’s what test environments are for.

ilmoro yes ok i've found it. It's on one navigation to the page but not the other. What do reckon then, is that the bonus referenced earlier "1% for the 1st 5000 sign ups" IIRC, or do you think this is something else ?

But if a lot is 92p, yet actually cost 96p it would seem the bonus is travelling in the opposite direction. Assuming 3p is to cover the costs associated with purchase and management. Seems to be a 2% fee involved on the 'preloved' section as well? Might just be quicker to give them money and not bother with the owning bit.
