Did anyone else not receive a notification that this one was in funding?
I'm somewhat irked...

Did anyone else not receive a notification that this one was in funding? I'm somewhat irked... I also received no notification and missed the loan. I questioned this and apparently the reason in my case is because I originally opened a classic account and then an ISA. All my investments have been in my ISA, so my original account is uninvested and the notify was linked to that ‘unused’ account and not sent. Linkage has now been added to my ISA account so I should receive notifications in the future. If your situation is similar, simply use ‘contact us’ to ask for notifications to be linked to your ISA or give them a call.

I also did not receive a notification on Swansea loan but have been receiving notifications on other loans the whole of this year. So I'd like to understand how the Swansea loan was different to other loans I've received notification on? Proplend explanation you mentioned does not really make sense.

Just got notification of a new loan tomorrow. Looks like the notification problem may be sorted for me.

Just got notification of a new loan tomorrow. Looks like the notification problem may be sorted for me. I didnt get a notification, yet I only have an ISA. Then the next two loans filled before getting a look in. They then stay on “in funding” for days after being filled. So not happy. When I tried Auto invest, they used all the spare funds to fill thier hard / slow to fill loans that I had already invested in - or as much as reasonable diversification warranted. So instead of 5% max I have 20%. Very unhappy. And I have funds un-invested that I could be getting 5 (or 7% with bonus) at Assetz Capital. Can I get it transferred to AC by end of the month???

Auto loan in the afternoon is for the secondary market. Key is to turn on auto loan on the morning of a new loan going live.

...and remember to turn it off again before the 3pm run on the PLE 😉

Of course the Switchers lose their place in the queue, genuine long term investors will be first served in the smaller A loans 😉 .

Not just switchers, but anyone who wants to make a manual investment. From the doc... "Whilst the facility is turned on, manual investments cannot be made to any tranche". So unless you wish to go purely passive you will effectively become a 'switcher' the moment you turn if off to make a manual investment.

If I turn auto loan on in the morning of a new loan is it likely that as well as investing in the new loan tranche A, I will also be invested in other A tranches on the PLE. Which I would not want to happen.

Thanks for this information, but for me this is too much involvement. I can get an adequate return from AC or HNW, so until Proplend allow a maximum investment either % or £ in a loan, as a feature on Autoinvest then I will invest elsewhere. See we are down to just 4 pending. So I have moved all my ISA cash to AC. Shame because I think the loans are excellent - if you can get in them!
