Where has everybody gone? No more posts after 26 May! Help! Any ideas on the latest forms sent by RSM? Clearly RSM are going to do well out of this "The Joint Administrators shall be authorised to draw their remuneration based upon time costs limited to the sum of £1.025m (plus VAT) for the first 12 months of the Administration, in accordance with the attached fee estimate."

I'm in to this loan but have never been able to get in to the private portal. Help please. I can get in to other private portals but have problems with this one. Previous advice was to check the emails from Lendy.
Even though the page is set up in a way that it should only be accessible by investors in the loan, the link also names an asset so cannot be posted here.
However, if you search this thread for "portal", one of the previous posts (dated Jan 7, 2019) gives a redacted link...
It's not clear whether Lendy had made a deliberate decision not to link this portal page to the loans when they rolled out the more general portal facility given that this one contains far more sensitive information than they normally share via the portals, or whether it's just that they couldn't be bothered to transfer the legacy portal page onto the new system...

I swung by the property today.
Photos are on DDC but it looks like people are still living there.

I'm quite confident it's been "managed" by a guardianship company who put 10's of tenant there and charging them EACH at least £700/month to live there. It's unfortunate the way it's managed that the lender loose money while everyone else (rsm, guardianship company, legal, liam) all made money out of it

I thought guardians usually lived in properties for free (or a peppercorn rent) to protect from squatters, looters etc, and possibly do some maintenance work on the property they live in.

Absolutely not. There are load of opportunists in london taking advantage of the lack of affordable housing and charge just 10-15% below market rent in exchange of living in run down properties. Because it's a grey area, there are no tenants protection. They can stack 30 people in a building if they can. And charge as much as the market can bear it.

Has anyone in this loan auto-passed the AML? I may be a deeply, deeply suspicious person, but wondering if this is some legal play on everyone on this loan.
