Sometime this afternoon the SM packed up (for me, anyway). The 100+ parts for 7701 being sold by others disappeared, among other parts. The 7701 parts that I was selling stopped selling. I switched to a different account but the problem was there too.
I did nothing and just hoped that someone else would nudge FC. I kept putting off the time and cost of phoning them - they should be able to notice when a process stops. Now it's after 5pm and I've just emailed them.

Some time this morning the SM returned to normal. But will FC replay to my email, I wonder? This is not the first time this has happened and FC did not notice it.
Eventual response from FC: "I have looked into this further and can currently see that loan 7701 is listed on the secondary market, and there are loan parts available for purchase. I can also see that the loan parts attached to 7701 on your account are not currently listed for sale. At present, I have not been able to replicate an issue on this page.
Please could you provide some further information as to the problems you have experienced? For example, were you experiencing difficulties when listing the loan parts for sale? Or were you unable to find this loan when on the Loan Parts page?
Sometimes, when the Tech team deploys updates to the site, they may temporarily affect site performance. It is possible that an update momentarily affected site performance, however, these issues would be rectified shortly after arising. At present we have not had any other reports of problems with the secondary market.
Please also note that you can call our Customer Service team if you have an urgent query, or wish to speak to someone over the phone."
Of course , I should have just phoned them. But when I've first spent time looking at the problem, including trying a different account, it seems to add insult to injury to have to spend time and money on a phone call. A big red help button that prompts them to call me would be nice! Would be a nightmare for them, of course.
There are continual problems on the secondary market with loan parts supposedly put up for sale not being visible to potential buyers. I encounter this almost every time I use the site. FC is well aware of the issues (for several months now) but has yet not seen fit to do the work correct them.
Currently, 10.30pm Friday, there are three loan parts shown as for sale on loan 7349, a £460k property loan. I have well over 100 parts for sale - they do not appear as for sale on another family account. Yes it is broken. Does anyone see more than 3 parts for sale on 7349?
Edit: now delisted and relisted 10 parts in 7349 - log out one account, log in another - now four parts listed. One of my ten may have made it but am not going to buy it!

blender: At 23:46 Friday, seeing 14 parts of 7349 listed.
I'm sure that some of mine have gone AWOL too. Might explain why stuff I expected to be snapped up isn't selling.
Yes Fasty, all the parts for sale on some of the large A+ property loans are not available to purchase though listed for sale on 'loan parts for sale'. I have delisted and relisted at par a couple of hundred on various property loans and about 10% have appeared available to purchase, on another account, while all are shown as for sale on mine. Sold one in doing it - no competition on 7349! I wonder where the overnight repayments will go. Will perhaps see in the morning.
I can see the two at 1.3 and the one at 1.5. All the 14 on 7349 are the result of listing ten times that number, and some that were there have disappeared recently.
