Basically you can have 27% now with the prospect of another 50% Or you can have 55% now without the prospect of losing half of it

I'd be assuming it's 27% now and prospect to get 90% back in total. Or just end up with 55% and leave it

I thought I’d try to use arithmetic to decide which way to vote, guessing at the unknowns. Because I am quoting actual figures it's over on DD Central if anyone is interested.
My conclusion was to take the money now and write off the rest, not risk possible further recovery at some time in the future.

My conclusion was to take the money now and write off the rest, not risk possible further recovery at some time in the future.

Does anyone know how is this related to MTBA1012 ?

It doesnt. It was clearly a template legacy error, someone didnt change the loan number from a previous email

Thanks - so No Voting was done for MTBA1012 - Newcastle-under-Lyme Bridging Loan ? Not since the original vote in April ... obviously what happens next is somewhat up in the air

There's an update on site for this one (MTBKR21023). Looks like we've received another capital repayment to make it up to 55% of capital returned. The remainder has been placed under a new crystallised loss loan (MTBKR21024). An explanation update is to follow.
