New loan to platform, supposed to be residential, but it looks very odd! Rear has tiny thin windows, and the front has a fairly unappealing outlook too, with far too few windows again. Looks more like an office type building than a home to my eyes. I see its a conservation area, so possibly they were constrained in what they could do with the design - otherwise I can't see what they were going for here.
Security I think is going to be an acquired taste to say the least, should it needed to be exercised.
