I wanted to withdraw but I funded my account via Transferwise.
Does this work as a method of withdrawal? As far as I know Transferwise only sends money. If not is it possible to add bank details?

Hi invester, Transferwise offer the Borderless account which can receive funds in several currencies. I have been using this to receive GBP funds from Lendy and Moneything, and payments in EUR to Peerberry and Grupeer. Unfortunately most are unhappy to pay out via Transferwise and insist on a regular bank account. You should check if Mintos allows this. If not, you would need to provide your bank details.

Yes, it's possible. I did this before and I don't even use borderless account. Check the Withdrawal option. See if there is a Transferwise option in "Choose your bank account from list". It will use the bank account info you used to fund.

I have just changed my bank account. So I transferred in a nominal from the new account . I then emailed my new bank account details . I then asked to withdraw an amount . This withdrawal to my new account happened within two days of me asking to change my bank details.
Better service than allot of other websites.

You must be a special customer, as I don't even get responses from their support team within less than 4 or 5 days. My experience is that Mintos have the worst customer services/support from all the other P2P platforms I am using.

Well, i am not investing in other p2p platforms and i have not contacted them the last few months (if that matters), but my experience with Mintos support has always been great. I was usually getting a response the next business day and my problem was always solved.

Good for you. I contacted their support team on Tuesday and still haven't received a reply. It has been my typical experience since I joined Mintos in January.
I can't withdraw any money as the bank account drop-down list only contains random garbage, and there is no functionality to enter bank details.
Either I am unique in getting a fairly poor support from Mintos, or some people on this forum are Mintos employees...

I am not a minto's employee, I transferred a pound with my new bank account using transferwise . On the 13 march I changed euro's to pounds and then put in a request for withdrawal, and I received an email at 2.41pm on 14 March to say the money has been transferred.
If you look at my other posts you will see I also make posts occasionally on Thincats and Assetz and have been on this forum since 2014 and did not start putting money on Minto's until July 18.

I checked my emails around my first Mintos withdrawal, I received an email from Mintos back on 14th Nov 18 after speaking to them on phone
Then on the 15th Nov 18
After that, I now have my UK bank account from the "bank account list".
Most of my EUR deposits are sent by Revolut, the Revolut IBAN is also available from the "bank account list" without contacting Mintos Support. The EUR withdrawal I made in March took 2 working days.

That was to my Transferwise Borderless account. Now that the Mintos have finally put the account details in the withdraw drop down list subsequent withdrawals are working as they should.
I suggest you send your bank account details, along with a screen shot of your bank account as evidence, to support@mintos.com, with the subject title WDW. That is what they asked me to do.

I contacted Mintos support on Thursday 14th March, and still haven't received a reply, 5 days later. Based on above posts, it will then take several days to add my bank details to their system, so we are looking at 10 days+ to do a withdrawal.
Hardly great, is it?

Requested a withdraw of 37k EUR yesterday around lunch time mid day, just got it 9 o'clock in the morning. They sent the money from their Paysera LT account to my Swedbank LV bank account, so that counts as a SEPA transfer. Fast and easy.
I had verified myself long before this by sending them photo of my passport.

In my experience it´s better to call them, it´s possible I have been lucky with only one problem, a transfer from Transferwise to mintos.
