I can't actually read the whole article, as not registered, but let's hope the FCA accepts some responsibility for the COL farce.

There has been some press coverage of the Col situation, but i'm sure that some serious journalistic interest in the farce, could only help guide the FCA towards accepting some responsibility in allowing / causing this situation to develop.

I didn't ever invest in Col but why would the FCA have any responsibility? For allowing incorrect information to be displayed on the FCA register which they advise should be checked to determine whether a company is operating under the required permissions. ie exactly what they have been fined for in the DT report

I wonder if the somnambulant, pink gin swilling commercial sector rejects that make up The FCA have ordered a supply of brown trousers?
And requested a rather large top-up to their "Investors Compensation Fund", along with some military grade shields for their troops?
They're gonna need all of 'em.
Fight!

The FCA should pay the BDO fees, any losses and the interest since February.

Although if working for P2P he will deliver way past his due date.

An erroneous link does not change facts, all presents are to be available by the beginning of 25th therefore Christmas eve is the period when one would expect to see Santa.

You get what you ask for, and fight for.
Anything is achievable, if you try.
Or just lay down and let BDO (potentially) and The FCA (almost certainly) turn you over.
It really is that simple.
