When I first signed up to Property Partner they offered residential property after residential property on similar terms which made analysing their worth a consistent process.
It appears at the moment that every new proposition is very much it's own entity .... residential, commercial, student accommodation, development funding, supported living, partnership schemes. It's a great way to diversify but I need some help discussing these ever changing offers.
So what do people make of the latest, obviously no use for income hunters but potentially substantial growth possibilities.
Key Differentiating Points - Office and Retail in Central London - Zero Dividend throughout - Growth achieved by active management and refurb using rent - Not tradeable for the duration of the loan
