Its a second; no thank you Understand your point generally..but I reckon this is as safe as the Titanic.. with 1st & 2nd charges totalling £253K I cant believe a semi in good condition (as this is) in Red**ll wouldn't cover that. Furthermore, according to the VR, a tenant is in situ on an AST..so unless he/she has already had notice to quit, the loan looks likely to go the distance..another term anyway.

I'm also surprised this went so quickly but good point Rogerthat about the sitting tenant meaning the renewal should be safe

But I would rather take a 1st at a slightly higher LTV.

Sorry I wasn’t clear , Its wildly inaccurate on values it gives ... high and low , I most definatley wouldn’t give to much weight to it on DD

About to be renewed (18:00 Tue 22nd), albeit 3 months late. Previous 2 renewals were 1.5 and 2.5 months late.
fundingsecure - given the VR is now over 2 years old, is there any chance you could supplement it with a "realtime valuation" to provide a sense check ?
