Goto My Analytics tab Loan Summary tab Check "All loans, including those without interest earnings" Sort by "Start date (desc)" Click onto the entry displayed Perfect...thanks, I didn't realise I had to click on each one to see it. On a separate note - what is the difference between Withdraw investment and Sell on secondary market? I've never seen "Sell" option. I think when you select to withdraw investment the algorithm puts your active loans on SM and distributes them across other lenders in the queue. When this is done you can transfer money back to your bank account.

When you click on each loan part, it gives you the option to "Show loan agreement" and "Sell on secondary market" Effectively I guess they both do the same thing?

They don't do the same thing. Both actions forgo accrued interest. Withdraw investment will effectively forgo all the accrued interest on all loans and lenders could choose all the money within investment returning back to bank account or to reinvest in another investment, the other action can't, money stayed within the investment.

So if you want to withdraw the money to your bank account, you have to select the Withdraw investment option? Yes, if you want to withdraw all the money within the investment, leave the "reinvest" option unchecked, then the money will be returned to the bank.

There are some matching activities within my account today, but the lending volume is low, less than 1% of my whole portfolio. I have 3 investments having 7-10% unallocated cash per investment.

My brother has had £2000 un-invested for over 3 weeks after fresh deposit Nothing done after calling CS repayments keep adding to the amount and not reinvesting. Seems to have frozen investing.
Anyone else had similar had problems ?
Update. As of now my brother still has 89 loans all repaid loans and interest goes to the queue so money is increasing daily to £2700+ promised call from nizam never came CS now ignoring all calls. And emails. This is not the way I expect the company to act. If they cannot solve one account or give explanation then it could affect us all. Communication on is the bedrock of a good company. Perhaps my optimism in Welendus is misplaced and this is the first sign of cracks in their platforms viability. I note last years defaults now exceed the predicted 10% . So I find myself going from highly recommending Welendus advising proceeding with perhaps a greater degree of DD than previously warranted. A few official complaints to the appropriate authorities could guickly reduce their attractiveness reducing investment and increasing lag time. I hope they get their act together and customer service goes from current abismal to at least acceptable. Your comments and experiences are welcomed. Presumably as a matter of principle you and your brother are selling your accounts and withdrawing?

I have no issues with the performance of my account. He has just received a call. I have removed my post to allow Welendus to redeem their customer service ratings. I will update on conclusion of this issue. Thanks for your interest but as you know I have investments in a few other P2P who’s CS and performance are 100% worse. As long as overall I have a decent profit I will leave my mone where ithe are That’s why FC & Lendy funds are withdrawn when paid back.

Since my matching middle of the night, I have had nothing since. Do you always get a email notification on matching? Mine said Congratulations on your first...

This contradicts the T&Cs: "15.3. The sale price for loan parts will be the outstanding principal amount, less any relocation costs and plus any interest accrued during the month. The accrued interest will be updated automatically at the end of each day." I've never withdrawn or sold anything on WLU, so can't say whether they are following their own terms! One possibility is that the " relocation costs" are equal to the accrued interest, as these seem to be undefined. Not for the first time, nsiam ?

Still trying to get my head around W. In an effort to "rejiggle" my investments I've now got nearly 10K in "pending withdrawal" that were two 5K investments. In the "manage investments" it shows I have about £5 invested in one and £10 invested in the other.
Does that mean the full 10K is earning almost nothing and I can't access it until something happens to the £15 lose change ?
If someone kindly confirms that, then that surely means it is definitely not wise to create one large investment but to have many small ones. I think £100 was suggested.

No you don't get matching notification e-mails, that would be a lot of e-mails every day. I can't remember if I had "congrats on your first", it was 14 month ago. What's the overall % of your lent money so far?

These are my previous withdrawal: Sold £400.00 @ 12.0 - 15.0% earned + £0.18 interest (22 days) Sold £1,000.00 @ 11.0 - 15.0% earned + £0.04 interest (7days - only £220 invested out of £1000) Basically, I kept the "earned" interest + capital.
