So from their last email dated 24/1/19:
Investment Queue Update We currently have high demand for Welendus Loans and pleased to let you know that the investment queue is currently short. This means investments can be quickly deployed.
maybe the demand is not so great right now hence funds sitting in the queue waiting to be lent out

Reluctantly Ive come to the conclusion that for most people on this thread, there appears to be only one solution to the investment issues being experienced
Give all your money to me.
The only cash drag I am experiencing (famous last words) is odd pence, all repayments received today already reinvested as usual. Early adopter priority?

My queued investments is now totalling more than 18% of my total balance and I haven't made a new loan in 6 days (since the 24th Jan) all my investments are set at 10%+. It is extremely annoying that you can't withdrawal queued investments and are stuck with a binary decision to either liquidate whole investments (and forfeit any accrued interest which could be equal to a month+ interest) or leave it queued and suffer the cash drag. Calls to the contact number just go through to voicemail and my email query received a standard holding email that they will respond within 5 days (reminds me of lendy ). Rant over.........

I'm at 19% queued across my Investments and stuck that way with no new lending for 7 days or more. Nadeem appears to have gone off grid. I'm beginning to wonder if something has gone badly wrong. Sincerely hope not.

I suppose a portion of these borrowers repay the loan on pay day, so I think the investment queue has it cycle. Just like the PF coverage, the Welendus loan demand fluctuates the same way like PF. On pay day, PF coverage increases and the demand for these loan decreases.
When the demand drops, and the repayment increases, surplus money in the investment queue are not lent out.
I suppose I can have some money waiting in the queue for lending, but I definitely monitor my XIRR closely to see whether I can gain more for staying / increasing / decreasing investment.

Sincerely hope not. Not sure why would I go off-grid? I wonder how many of my peers do actually take the time to personally respond to forum discussions and communicate with investors in person. I think I should be allowed to be offline from the forum sometimes.

The phone still not being answered is not doing anything to calm investors' nerves.

However, this doesn't explain why some people remain fully invested while others don't get a sniff. Unless you explain the allocation algorithm and/or publish current queue data, speculation and disquiet are bound to ferment.

A functioning customer service number to field investors' queries would also help.

My cash drag is rising fast - 24% of my investment queued with the last investment made 10 days ago. Are others experiencing a dearth in new lending?

My existing investments are reinvesting quickly, (22 in last 10 days) but I started a new one on Thurs and so far that one is only 25% deployed with just 3 investments in 4 days.

Few of us put several thousand in on Wednesday ( before the beginning of the month rush) might slow things for a while
