FO woke up briefly for me today. I got 4 new loans in each of my accounts. Also, the stats crossed the £3m lent boundary. I wonder if lending is finally picking up, or just another false dawn! The update is much appreciated Ace.

My cash drag on "uncharmed" investments has reduced yesterday. Not dramatically, but I've definitely experienced some shift. I hope the lending is finally picking up.

I think, from the recent email (referenced in the other thread), there have been a couple of very large (compared to previously) medium-term business loans. I've got a large chunk now in two of these, which isn't a problem, as long as everything goes well.

Thanks for sharing.

How do you do this? Last time I've deposited new funds I didn't see this option. Can you withdraw investment, click reinvest and add into an old one? By the way, my pre-Sept lot is getting more and more "pooled" - looks like the "pool" is overflowing into my "charming" part of portfolio. Just add cash and then add it to the investment you want using modify I'm feeling a bit thick but I still can't find a way to do this. The only way I see to get cash onto the platform is "Add Investment". This does exactly as it says - creates a new investment with no obvious option to add it to an existing one. I see nothing under "Modify" other than options to change the rate range, diversification level, etc. I tried to move cash from Investment #3 to Investment #1. I just ended up with the funds from #3 being sent to my bank, and I seem only able to put that back as another Investment #3. Puzzled!

To add cash from holding account into existing investment, use the Modify option. No cash in the holding account, then you can't add fund into existing investment. Assuming Investment 3 is created today, you can release the fund by withdraw investment 3 with reinvest option checked, then the fund will be returned to the holding account. WITHDRAW ONE INVESTMENT A TIME.

I'm sorry but what holding account? I can find no means of utilising a holding account. Funds added are directed to a new investment. Funds un-added are taken off the platform altogether. Where is this "holding account"? Edit: read your reply again. I'll try this "reinvest" option. But not right now. Beer awaits

I believe it is cumulative lending and might also include loans that are renewed. Can anyone here clarify if the amount includes renewed/rolled-over loans? Thx

I left a £500 investment after withdrawing, 57 % pooled, no activity for weeks.
Anybody seeing any activity on their investments ?

My pool is gradually getting shallower at a fairly consistent rate but at this trajectory it'll be a few months before I get near fully invested. I am opted out of the business loans though.

Everything old (up to Feb 2018) is still moving. I've re-set it on 'consumer only' and still get invested. Newer investments (from march 2018) are stuck, even those with 'all' setting. Overall 8.7% pooled atm.

I still have no movement on my remaining £100 experiment. I have settings at full range of interest rates and all borrower types, as an experiment to see what happens. Will FO borrow my money and pay me interest (controversially) - this account is heading for 12 months old....it looks ridiculous to me.

By pure coincidence I got my first new loan in ages today. £30 of a short term loan at 15%. A new loan as opposed to a second-hand cast off. Pool is still getting deeper though.

Any one knows what the latest investment queue / pool is? There's been new lending activities since Jan 2020.

Any one knows what the latest investment queue / pool is? There's been new lending activities since Jan 2020. According to their stats page the investment pool is at 8.9%. It also shows a marked decrease in lending turnover this year. 2019 averaged ~£5.8k per day. So far this year they've averaged ~£2.8k per day (the amount lent ticket over from £3.6m to £3.7m today, so figures are really to coarse to be accurate, but gives us an indication).
