I am thinking all capital and income to (1 and 5 year) to holding or rolling market depending on needs. And occasional "forays" of £1000 or whatever into either market if rates are good. I don't like the idea of bits of your capital being constantly reinvested so you have no end date. Capital only reinvested on the 5 year market is tempting though.
I thought the 1 year market was .6% to leave early. .3% is quite reasonable assuming interest are not higher.
I also need to know how the new system works. Odds are my 6.2% and 5.1% are not at the moment going to attract any extra charges.
