Signing out using IE11 is OK, but using Firefox 65.0 I get error 500 Server Error displayed plus 'There is an unknown connection issue between Cloudflare and the origin web server. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.'
Anybody else getting problems?

Not on the invest side although its not exactly logging out correctly again! today. That's the most recent chrome though. Still terribly slow too but I gave up months ago complaining about most of this rubbish they keep delivering and just ignore most of it now. Probably someone is installing an unplanned unannounced update and forgot to turn off front end access. I'm coming here mostly to remove money from our invest sides now we have built up our ISa's. I checked out FF65 (Had to reload it as don;t use it much) anyway it seems to load the screens very quickly but it still gets stuck on loading/connecting chainsaw.zopa.com, whatever that is - chrome just says connecting does not display what to. Not much help i'm afraid but not getting the 500 errors on either chrome or FF65 at the moment.

I'm getting this as well in both Firefox & Chrome. Oops, somehow I got my wires crossed and though i was in the Zopa forum. Ignore everything I said above its related to Zopa not ratesetter! I've not had any issues using Ratesetter today either though and not seen the cloudfare stuff at all i've logged in and out quite a bit over the last few days too. Sorry not much help for those getting this experience though.

No idea if they'll reply as not sure I've ever contacted them before They have always responded to me, not very quickly depending on the issue, in this case though I'm guessing they will have fixed it before they read your email. Hopefully they track all the unexpected events and look at them when they are back in the office ...

Chrome on tab2 seems to log out ok today in both desktop and mobile versions although not sure there is a distinction with RS site.

I received an email response from RS customer services late yesterday afternoon (I don't know why they say 'I hope this answers your question' as I simply reported the problem):
Hi xxx,
Thanks for your email.
We were made aware of this issue today and I can confirm that the relevant teams have been informed and are working to resolve this.
If you click 'log out', you are logged out of the website even though the error message is shown. You can see this for yourself by going back to the RateSetter homepage and try to log in again, you will be prompted for your log in details.
I hope this answers your question.
Kind Regards RateSetter Customer Service

500 Server Errors are problems that happen on the server side - so there's absolutely nothing we can do from our side as users.
Also, the good thing here is that the error is only happening when signing out, which means that no essential functionality is affected. Still, this is a bad thing for RS (as they may be losing information about user sessions, tracking and so on...) but we shouldn't be very worried, as long as the error only happens when logging out.
