Their registered address is Level 39, Canary Wharf Almost makes it sounds like they are on level 39 of the building. Level 39 seem to provide tech startups (including fintech) office space www.level39.co/members/Don't know why neither welendus, funding ourselves, ptp ltd or funding ourselves ltd are not in that list. Maybe its always been like that? WeWork, 10 York Road, London, SE1 7ND Is address on FO website. Fed up just sent complaint to FOS

I haven't received a single penny (or a single email reply) from them this calendar year.
Has anyone got their monthly "Additional Payments"?

Still waiting. Has anyone had money withdrawn and paid anytime this year ? And has anyone had any useful contact with anyone at the platform recently? Had a phone call back from Mandeep earlier that was apologetic and attempted to explain the change in their banking setup and the withdrawal queue etc . He was very polite and trying to be helpful. However I did say that until the money is in my account I won't be convinced.

Worth noting that their terms still include Level 39 address for compliance fundourselves.com/terms-en.htmlFWIW - WiseAlpha and Revolut are on Level 39

It looks like they updated there website yesterday. In the Account Summary screen the bottom information button use to show money held in cash (awaiting withdrawal). This is no longer being shown. Can anybody else confirm?

Can anybody else confirm? I see no change. Have you selected ISA account when you meant investment account instead or visa-versa?

I've slightly lost track of the failed platforms, but before failure didn't one of them have their ability to move funds on and off the platform restricted by the FCA? What's happening here seems suspiciously similar (hope not for all concerned).

Can anybody else confirm? I can see it. The "pending withdrawal" amount has actually increased since a couple of days ago. None of it has arrived to my bank account yet

It's good to know that withdrawals are quick and easy. It looks like there is an oversupply of lenders' funds atm, so withdrawals will probably benefit those who are still there waiting to get in vested. I think you were right at that time but I suspect you'd agree that that doesn't apply anymore. Its a shame but since then one thing I have learned since then is its not difficult for any "fintech" startup to get FCA approval to start taking customer deposits. Virtually any tinpot one or three man band with an accountant seem able to get it, take millions in deposits from consumers and then go "bust" but walk away rolling in depositer's cash. I used to think they were one step more risky than smaller banks. Now I think its more accurate to describe the risk as one step less than giving out large sums to some bloke in the pub. That is the failure of the FCA - their badge means practically almost nothing. Lets hope F.O. don't actually F. Off but sort this mess out.

Complaints to FO then follow up to FCA by all waiting might waken them up. FCA should only approve companies that actually have a person you can talk to by telephone.
Small court claim with expenses claimed should be successful and quicker than the several months some say the are waiting.

Don't they just tell you to complain to the company itself and the financial ombudsman?
