ablrate "Cannot find or creat the font 'ConcourseT3', Some characters may not display or print correctly". Adobe Acrobat Reader version 2019.010.20098 hmm for some reason I can't insert an image. Here's an imgur link:- imgur.com/a/I3EUae0 ablrate Exactly the same issue. Version 2019.010.20098 is the most up to date version. I tried opening the files with a couple of online PDF readers with the same issues - I assume it is any issue with the particular font not being widely deployed. Same for me usind Edge on Win10. I thought pdf files were supposed to contain all the fonts they use, otherwise they are not so portable.

Good to see new self-select loan to a new borrower (and at 14%)!
Seems to be filling quite quickly, considering the size. 25% (304.5k) in 30 minutes.

With over £2.6million from O* H* Ltd due to mature before the funding round for this new loan closes, it should have no problem getting filled. Well done ablrate. It's great to have a new loan from a new borrower, but unless there are more coming soon, we're just swapping one borrower for another at under half the loan amount. I'm still struggling to achieve my desired diversification. Hopefully the new equity funding will generate more loans. ablrate, any news on rough volumes and/or loan numbers in the near pipeline would be appreciated.

Immediate, there is another self-select loan soon, £450k, new borrower. We have another one that is similar to one we have done previously that was very popular. Property Portfolio Loan is under review (diversified). In all about £3 million over the next couple of months.

Well, I doubt the borrower will be keen on continuing to pay 21% interest. The works seemed to be progressing, so I presume that they've added to the site value and have reduced development risk. Therefore, they should be able to refinance at a lower cost, which I think was their original plan. It's possible that they could refinance with ABLrate at a lower rate, but ABLrate didn't suggest that in their response to my post (unless it's part of the property portfolio loan they hinted at!). So, yes, my best guess, for what it's worth, is that they will be refinancing elsewhere. Having said that, I'll be very pleased if the loan gets extended. I'm very happy to be earning 15% on this loan.

The addendum to 80 seems to suggest a continued relationship with Ablrate lenders into a development mode. If so, would that involve a repayment of the capital? We will see in a few weeks.

There's a lot of moving parts to this loan that I feel unqualified to assess. Despite this, I've invested a modest amount due to the company generating (or at least forecasting) a reasonable profit and my (perhaps mistaken) trust in Ablrate's due diligence.

Good to see the positive update email on this. My pennies are in this rather than 121, but that might just be the preference of an ancient engineer for a bucket of real nails over mathematical mining for an intangible product.

ablrate, please would it be possible to see the actual results of the company trading for Jan 19 and Feb 19, to compare with their forecasts? At present all I have to go on are the forecasts, which are all well and good, but it doesn't help with establishing whether or not the company is actually achieving them or not. Plus of course the chattel mortgage, but as this gives a LTV of 226% it isn't a great help

I'm very tempted with this one but indeed, I can forecast anything you like, Michael Fish style.
