See attached screenshot, they are claiming that i have £22,460 left!

That could occur, I guess, if you had the ISA over two years and had withdrawn some this year, assuming the Zopa IFISA is flexible.

For example:

Put 20,000 in last year. Put 5,000 in this year.

Take 10,000 out this year would leave you with 25,000 left to put in this year.
