If you sell a loan bought on the primary market at a discount on the secondary market, is this classed as a CGT loss or does that only apply to secondary market purchases? If not CGT can you offset the loss against anything? Nope, yep and nowhere as far as I'm aware. Worse, buy on the SM at a discount and it WILL be potentially subject to CGT p2pindependentforum.com/post/323172

This doesn't apply to ISA accounts though, right? Just non-ISA accounts? You don't have to declare any discount/premium trading on any ISA P2P accounts IIRC.
