So it seems that there's a lot of autolending going on for these loans - either none or very little of A left when it went live.

The autolend a safe bet of your money getting invested so A expected to be full before going live.

Bear in mind that this is probably the smallest loan issued since autoinvest was introduced. If my observation was correct and there was £2000 of A available, this suggests around 110 accounts with autoinvest turned on. PS. Just got confirmation email for my B slice.

The second loan is slightly larger so may be a little more slack. Will likely still go in minutes though. Same plan for me - autolend for £1k of A then try and get a slice of a higher tranche.

I got the C confirmed too. less interest on account for next loan so will go for B I think.

Less interest on account is presumably down to the fact that the rental income for this property is far more than the monthly interest payments. This makes the loan less of a risk and hence the lower rates on offer.

Agree less risky loan overall in terms of income and also history - but I think money on account must be lower risk than money due from rent (in terms of default and being stuck with the loan)

Made an elementary error today. Got the £1000 of tranche A on autolend, then logged in to get another bite of Tranche B, but the invest bars wouldn't work. By the time I'd realised that this was because I hadn't turned autolend off, all the higher tranches gone.

By the time I'd realised that this was because I hadn't turned autolend off, all the higher tranches gone. Happened to me once when something came up on the PLE that I wanted. Fortunately i realised my error before anyone else spotted the loan. Watch out for the other issue which caused me to miss a tranche on release once. I had been monitoring the PLE for a while and release time arrived. I tried to buy a piece but this failed with a logout error. I had to login again and by the time I got back in to the loan page my tranche had gone. It seems there is an autologout on accounts but we can still display some of the pages so you don't actually realise you are logged out. I now make sure to logout/login 5 mins prior to any loan release.
