Do these colours warrant a bad Trustpilot review? Someone thought so and has given them 1 star!

Geeez - that's bad.
I haven't seen colours like that since I used an Amstrad 6128 circa 1988.

Ouch. I imagine some fancy website/branding agency in Shoreditch earned a pretty packet for this handiwork also.

I thought that the previous style was extremely professional but the new version is pathetic! I am 100% sure that had the style been like this when I was first investing in P2P I definitely would have gone elsewhere with my funds. Ratesetter - please revert to the previous style sheet - this new one is a joke!!!

I currently have nearly £800 in Holding waiting for rates to increase, but as it's so painful to keep checking I'm on the point of withdrawing and finding another home for it. Let's see if they respond today, otherwise this money is walking.

The colour change is a clever ruse to distract everyone from the fact they are stopping supplying the loan book and reducing the frequency of the information about the provision fund.

Did RS really pay somebody to do this. Pl revert back to the previous style. This really (seriously) does hurt the eyes.

This colour scheme is absolutely ridiculous. I actually winced when looking at it again a moment ago. I hope Ratesetter give users an option to go back to the old style.

The colour change is a clever ruse to distract everyone from the fact they are stopping supplying the loan book and reducing the frequency of the information about the provision fund. Also the PF dropped to 118% as well, although not sure if that's related to the whole colour change. The layouts are not working very well on Mrs Aju's tab either. She suggested that if they (RS) are this incompetent with website layout and design are the other more important parts of the system going the same way?. I have to say as an ex website and software designer for a major comms company - admittedly a few years back now apart from Excel on a personal level to keep a check on these people - I would be inclined to agree with her but what do I know... It then occurred to me that the design team might be brexit negotiators who are also moonlighting in the evening's with RS. The one that's really starting to annoy me on my secure PC, running an up to date Chrome, is the save UID option does not work either. (seems ok on Mrs Aju's tab but that's useless for anything with the new design, the app is slightly better readability wise but I wonder how long that will last as the layouts are very peculiar. I'm wondering when they will get round to having a more secure UID anyway. Using the users email address does not make for great security at the best times I bet they change that for the banking side.

I beginning to come round to this change as I think rates are going up due to investors avoiding the site

Just horrible. Sadly those colours seem to be in vogue at the moment. I know one or two others using them.
Borderline optically active IMO.

If they'd flash it, it could cause seizures.

I haven't looked recently, but if you scroll back 2-3 years (how time flies) you'll find the lilac-look was much despised when it first appeared ...
