For the past 2 hours I've been trying to login to Lendy. But the SMS never arrives. Anyone else affected?

I thought it was just me as well, but I can't log in. The SMS always arrived immediately in the past.
Maybe another backlog?

I thought it was just me as well, but I can't log in. The SMS always arrived immediately in the past. Maybe another backlog? Not had 2FA enabled on my accounts for a long while now. (I seem to recall an earlier glitch 'encouraged' me to revoke that facility.) Now, when trying to enable it, I'm getting a " Oops… Please make sure you entered your number correctly." even though the number is correct, and manually typed (no pasting in unwanted spaces or hidden characters) and matches the number they already hold for me. (Although not sure that matters.) Tagging Lendy Support in case there's anyone around who can kick something or, another suggestion:

I don't use this feature but my dad does and it has happened a couple of times were no SMS was sent immediately and after a couple of hours it finally comes through. Nothing wrong with his phone as other text messages came through okay, so it should eventually fix itself.

Hmmm... and for anyone who sees this thread, and cunningly thinks they can opt out of 2FA before they're next required to provide it, you get greeted with a screen saying:
"Please enter the deactivation token sent to your mobile number [+44 7.........] to disable two step verification."
Guess what - that doesn't arrive either... ... so now I need to maintain the same active session without restarting my browser / PC until Lendy fix that problem?
Just hope that merely asking to deactivate 2FA doesn't trigger 2FA on my next login... I'm not logging out just to check!
Edit: Forgot to set up an auto-refresh to avoid auto-logout. Thankfully, I was NOT asked for an authentication token on next login... not that anything had changed on my account in the meantime!

IMO the authentication thing is a regular thing and not on active tokens?
Going through my previous messages from that number it seems to kick in every 2 weeks or so.
Wonder how long it'll take for them to sort out and who they'll blame it on.

For those who have (or are considering) disabling 2FA due to uncertainty about whether it will continue to work, it is probably worth ALSO changing your password, especially if the same one has been in use for some time.
Who knows which of Lendy's (former) staff may have copies of past backups of the database - it *should* have been properly secured when operated by Lendy, but as one of their first steps in securing control over company assets, I would expect the administrators to have taken steps to ensure that any former Lendy staff no longer have access to the live version or any new backups.
