I can't find which buttons to press to transfer money in my cash account into my IFISA 90day a/c
Do I have to withdraw it to my bank account and then push it back into the account where I want it?

Withdraw the funds from your standard account so that it appears in your Standard Accounts cash account, then switchover the IFISA Accounts tab and select Deposit on the IFISA Cash Account. From there you can deposit the funds that are in your Standard cash account. Once transferred (normally takes a few seconds) invest in the 90 day account.
