Hi All We are working with some designers on a new UI. There are lots we are adding in, such as performance data etc. Also when we are able to show you we will be sharing the new ui with invited lenders for feedback and changes so it will be a process and probably is a couple of months away. We do, however, want to get feedback on what you would like to see on the new application. I know there are a threads elsewhere, we will be looking at those also, but if you want to include them here... no problems. Feel free to let us know however small it seems - we will look at how it could be integrated. kicked off by westcountry ablrate , a little bit off on a tangent, but on the loan pages, please could the loan summary info box currently shown on the 'All bids/offers' page (the box near the top with the loan number, loan size, interest rate, loaned by you, borrower, and maturity date info) in future be shown on all pages for each loan? Especially on the 'Repayments' page, as I need the Loaned by you and Repayment amount info for each loan to put on my spreadsheet, and currently these two bits of info are on two different pages for each loan :-( As well, on the 'Repayments' tab, please could the default Records per Page be set to All, not 5, please? I have to change this every time I log in, as my web browser is set to delete cookies when it's shut each evening, so the settings aren't remembered.

1. An indication on the "Current Investments" page as to whether or not there is a new comment / admin note regarding the loan. 2. Related to the above, an email when an admin note is added to a loan (which could be configurable if people don't want to receive them).

I have asked this several times but received no comment back. On the SM I want to be able to enter the total I want to invest (including the interest) rather than currently guessing the amount until the total is correct.

Easy to find information on current LTV on amortising loans
Separating and giving totals for monthly interest and capital
On the secondary market it would be good to see how much is available at the best bid/offer rather than having to click through to find somebody trying to get another 5p for their £50 loan part.

Adding new, potentially price-sensitive information to loans that are trading live on the SM, without warning all holders at the same time and/or without suspending trading for a period, lays Ablrate open to obvious potential complaints from lenders whose live bids or offers are quickly taken up as a direct consequence of the new information in the Admin note.

This is nightmare when it comes to calculations because of the way the system is coded, but this will be a feature on the new secondary market

I agree - we will have this done shortly. - the policy of pausing loans when new information comes out is now in place.

Also mentioned before IIRC, but could the various pages on the site show what the current outstanding Capital balance is for amortising loans as well as the initial lent capital ('Loan Size').
Useful on the individual loan details page and definitely as an extra column on the SM listings.

And whilst I'm thinking about the "Current Investments" page, could it please display the actual name of the borrower in addition to the rather generalised "Secured Bridging Loan" or "Secured Financing Loan II" etc?

Would it be possible for there to be a button that shows you any new updates only on loans that are relevant to you, rather than having to look through each loan individually

Could we have the blended yield for each loan we own taking into account what we have bought / sold at whatever the price was.
This was something FC used to do. As someone who likes to buy and sell regularly, I currently have to maintain a separate spreadsheet to calculate when I can make a profit / what my expected loss will be. Across all the different accounts I manage, it's a bit of a hassle.
Tks

On the repayments tab, when payments have been missed, could we please see the value of missed payments, preferably broken down into interest and capital.

This was something I was going to ask for. At present it is hard to see what the value of missing interest and capital is from the 3 pages of loans outstanding. Whilst I appreciate this is not interest paid it is still classified in my eyes as commission missed and therefore owed.

Be good if the total of this was also displayed on the dashboard.

A good move to consult lenders, thanks I suspect this won't be popular but if you don't ask you don't get... One of my pet hates is hunting around P2P sites trying to find the data I want, not on one site is it available in one place and that's primarily because of the limitations of UIs. What I'd like is a master loan list in which I can choose which columns to display from all of the loan metrics (e.g. amount, rate, LTV, amortising, etc) including those metrics specific to my investment (standard holding, IFISA holding, accrued interest etc). The loan list should include filters for every column, if appropriate, and be sortable. We should be able to download the loan list to a csv. The loan list on AC is probably the most comprehensive I've used but even that has drawbacks, e.g. I have to open the loan details to find the remaining capital. A couple of more straightforward suggestions: - display the remaining capital (I don't want to have to calculate it or put in a bid/offer to find it). - add links to suspended loans on the SM (for paused loans I need to go back to current investments or look up a link).
