complete impasse on basic functions right now. Spose everyone is fiddling with their rates. I find I'm having to return to the main portfolio screen just to move between accounts. I like RS but have been removing capital recently as the site is becoming unwieldy and low interest rates compared to 2 years ago. Just re-remarking that I'm still having to return to the Portfolio page to navigate between Everyday and Isa as RH dropdown not responding, but I'm sure that you are working on it
I'm not sure that anyone on RS is even watching this except to make statements. I got annoyed with that one fairly early up and used stylus extension to keep it open permanently. If you are on a PC and using a browser with extensions on board perhaps its causing conflicts with RS code. Just a thought perhaps. When I get something like that on sites I switch to browser "incognito" mode or turn off all extensions and it usually works ok. Edit: As I have my stylus extension running most of the time I just turned it off and noticed on my Pc chrome version one has to click the red down arrow - the zoning is not well defined in my view.
Edit2: Just checked on MrsAju's toy tablet and its the same clicking on anywhere but the red arrow ("v") will not work! More incompetent s/w coding IMHO....

starting to get frustrated with this platform now. Time to move my cash I think. Lendingworks are releasing a flexible product. currently 4.5% with no withdrawal fee. If you are a new customer PM me and I introduce you, we both share a new customer sign up bonus. infact im wrong, the flexible is 5% and fee free access. which I think is very attractive

The change seems to be a change for change’s sake. I don’t see any great improvement but equally, it’s not much worse.
The page that I use most often (5 years unmatched money’s list) is now more clicks away from the home page. I use a bookmark to access the page and the problem is solved. Just a shame that I can’t be taken to that page as soon as I log in as that would save two clicks.

I feel a sense of DejaVu coming on... only a few messages back as well ... I know I am a more maturing specimen but I take offence to your assertion that I might be an old man!

Does anyone know how to go to the "portfolio" tab that used to be on the left hand side of the screen under the most recent loan rate but has disappeared? I used to find it very useful to know what I would be repaid each month on a daily basis.
Has anyone found out how to access information about the time of the most recent loans that used to be included at the top of the left hand side of the screen under the rate section of most recent loans?

I seem to have that one in my list of links as the old portfolio menu item. I kept copies of links when I was trying to map out the multitude of changes on a daily basis - still are sadly - but gave up after a couple of hours as it was getting too unwieldy with so many ways to get to the same locations. Its not related to the most recent loan time made though and I miss that item as well although days like to day I use my reloader extension on the relevant product I'm targeting - usually the 5y. I set the reloader for 1 min updates on both the items I am lending on but more importantly I use the lending page and reload that as well every minute and I can see the changes in corner of my eye - I just have the last matched rates visible on the right side of my screen. Not the best solution but it works.

Easiest way I think to get to repayments is, click Your Lending at the Top, then click the TOTAL under your portfolio section. If you click on say 5 YEAR instead of TOTAL you get a different screen with different options
Its gone from what seemed quite logical flows to quite illogical ones.
Another interesting screen I found by clicking on the pen alongside my 5 YEAR under the portfolio section. It told me my rate and market rate, when I clicked on change it gave a load of options, and it said it would move to this for ALL my outstanding

I think this is the same at the top, but doesn't have the repayments optionat the bottom. that requires clicking on "total" which is still slow.

I can't find the option to see how much has been paid back by month - capital & interest.
I think it was called 'Portfolio'.
I can work it out from transactions but a bit long winded.
If anyone has a link to it I would be eternally grateful!
