Another tweak on Set your rate??? The Set you rate box does not fit the screen for those using 150% scale on Layout in Windows 10. On my 13" laptop, I have to scroll down to find the CONFIRM button to set the rate. If I use 100% scale, the text would be way too small for the 1920 x 1280 resolution. The "Change your unmatched money" is almost useless for RS expert, it does not allow user to "Set your Rate" members.ratesetter.com/your_lending/money_on_loan/change_orders.aspx?pid=1RateSetter , Could you please let your IT team know these tweaks need to be tested for different kind of devices and browsers? Not every investors place orders on smartphones / tablets. That's very easy to check in chrome inspect mode as one can set many different screen and tablet sizes as desired - not ideal but I've been using it for that sort of thing for a few years now. One has to make sure that CSS changes I make in Stylus to make these stupid designs work for me and mrs aju's bad eyes and only getting worse sadly. I wonder are these changes and bad designs subject to discrimination laws. Perhaps the designers in RS and Zopa would be well served if they just checked out the W3 css validator or better still the chrome inspection tools also show errors in websites etc. They might also try to look at designing for all eyesight levels as a useful concept too.

propman , I think you have 2 ways as follows 1. Click the red down arrow in top right where current account is set then when the box opens click on the other account number. As erniec says. 2. Just click on the top left RS sign and it brings back the front (portfolio) screen and click the account you want. At least RS Portfolio screen is faster than on Zopa's slooooooooow and getting slower screens. I think they are the same on PC and on Tablet/phones but I use PC mostly as fingers are bit too stubbly for many sites on mobiles/tablet etc. Hope this is what you we were looking for. Many thanks. 1 doesn't work on IE, but as set your rate now doesn't either issue over as works in Firefox.
- PM
And opera and vivaldi - although vivaldi is chromium based I think so If chrome works i'd expect vivaldi would too. Thing is I've checked it on 4 browsers in the space of 5 minutes so its not rocket science to check the changes work ok. I usually use another browser if chrome doesn't work as I am aware of the way that extensions can also stop them working, especially if sites are actively trying to stop ad blockers from working - the code for that does tend to break quite a bit of extensions coding. I also try it in incognito mode as well before resorting to other browsers first. There are many way biggers sites than RS and Zopa that are messing up - TSB is a case in point more recently.

don't you mean 5 markets you forgot the 1Y members.ratesetter.com/your_lending/lend_money/market_full.aspx?ID=3I do agree though but I'm guessing its a table/phone layout rather than a full browser mode. I tried reducing the font size (Ctrl - ) but it's hard coded as 3 and I guess that's a moving forward decision. Bring back old school dynamic table presentation design. Edit: I take that back RS on Mrs Aju suggests there is no real mobile mode as such and the size of the info needs to be more dynamic as its literally unreadable on portrait mode without the zoom on. I'm not sure I'd want to make any changes using a tablet/phone with the new set "your rate stuff".

I logged into RS, first time for quite a while. Boy, god knows who they employ as their UX expert, but I reckon he's having a snigger behind his hand. I came away with my eyeballs aching. Dreadful.

Am I correct in thinking that they have changed the screen for editing offers so that it nolonger shows your place in the queue?

Am I correct in thinking that they have changed the screen for editing offers so that it nolonger shows your place in the queue? Yes and no. The old screen used to be obvious now you need to do a bit of work as I suggested here and I thought you saw it and responded to my method. I've just checked it again and looking at it using my method in the link it does see to be working as I described. You are right though the old separate screen link was much easier and has been removed unless its changed again since I rechecked a minute ago!.

I followed your method and it only gave me the message that I should lower my rate. But now it has returned to give the data! I hope what IO saw wasn't the trial of something due to come in!

I agree, lets hope what you saw was as you say just a blimp. Mind you if they decide to go back to the old way - I doubt it - then I'm happy with that. The current method i described would not really work for anyone not able to create multiple screens one can look at at the same time.

Just found that the "full market" views are now the other way up so need to rearange to use in my spreadsheet. Also it still defaults to the bottom so showing the offers unlikely to be matched and need to scroll to those of relevance!

Also the Market Data investor offers are reversed in order and the aggregate >> against the wrong entry. Probably single bug in underlying query that returns investor orders.

Unbelievable that RS haven't noticed this latest cock-up in their user interface. π Sadly its a result of iterative changes not being tested correctly to ensure that unexpected results have not occurred when change documents are not fully tested or worse design/implementation documents are not tested or followed correctly. Either that or its a bad notion of stopping people like me trying to game the system by watching screens that are easy to spot sudden wide changes in rates!.
